Trip to New Zealand. We contacted Freedom Destinations to discuss a trip to New Zealand, we spoke to Amber who listened to our ideas for the trip, she was able to put together an itinerary that worked for us and within two days we had a confirmed booking. We now have to wait until February 2027 for the trip. Amber met every deadline and promise she made when organising this trip.

Quick call back, responded to queries and updated itinerary x3 times very quickly. Very impressed and decent price too.

My contact at Freedom Destinations was Vicki a North America Specialist. She was very helpful and sorted my flights plus the Tastes and Sounds of the South Tour. Nothing was too much trouble for her including adding on an extra day before and after the tour to make it more relaxing. The tour itself run by Trafalgar Tours was excellent. Our tour organiser Ann was a nice person and very organised. Derrick our coach driver was excellent too. I would recommend the tour because there is so much to see in Nashville, Memphis, Gracelands and New Orleans and you don't want to miss anything. All the hotels were good but the Gaylord Resort and Conference Centre was excellent.

Excellent service from James - he has been very efficient and answered all our questions and has found us an amazing trip.

Took deposit before checking on flights then come back with a £1450 pp increase. Advised not acceptable and wouldn’t confirm we could have deposit back without speaking to manager . Advised that not acceptable . Moly did come back with an acceptable outcome which we have gone with. Very slow getting itinerary out
