I love their clothes but the "easy" return process is difficult. They state you have 7 days to return. I initiated my return request immediately upon receipt via their website on June 1st and got a confirmation email that someone will send me a label shortly. I don't mind paying the $10 return fee now that it is clearly stated on their website (before it sounded like it was Free until you found the FAQ fine print). I sent another email June 4th directly to their hello account and then submitted a chat message on their site on June 12. I've yet to receive any shipping label.

I tried everything to get in contact with customer service, but I don’ t receive any reply. So frustrating!

Appalling customer service. My delivery is stuck in customs due to unpaid taxes, and I contacted help via email as I have no further information on how to proceed, how and what to pay, tracking number reports unknown. Great response: Vous êtes très nombreux à nous écrire en ce moment, et nous ne sommes malheureusement pas en mesure de répondre individuellement à chaque demande.
And yes, (non-)answer is written in French.
Congratulation, that is no service whatsoever.

For a Return of products I accidently clicked on „Voucher“ instead on refund by Paypal. I was informed that this cannot be changed anymore now. Now I have a Voucher of approx 400€ which I really don‘t want to have at the Moment as it is a lot of Money. You will notice that I am frequent Customer - I have Many, many clothes from Freeman T Porter and I do not think that this is the Right way to treat a good Customer!

They have a new website and it's impossible to navigate. Constantly received emails in French. Tracking is now with Shop which does not work. Just give me the tracking number. Why force me to use an app that does not work. Not a great customer experience at all

I like the dress very much, exactly as on the photos. However a zip in the back would allow easier getting in and out. It is difficult as is.

What a terrible experience! Ordered a wrong size because the site had no size chart. Emailed them 1 minute after my oder to change it down a size. They couldn't change it. Order comes to me and doesn't fit. I send it back and takes weeks to get my refund and me asking. I had to hunt down the order, Then finally get my refund minus 10 dollars. Terrible experience.
To answer you back, I was told the return shipping would be returned, was a lie. The problem was your fault. and because of this you offered free return in the emails which I have , which you lied about. Also I had to email you guys everyday for my refund. Terrible don't blame your lies and bad service on time difference.

Great customer service. Love the sweater, so cozy and soft. The jeans don’t have much stretch and I wouldn’t consider them high waisted, but they fit well. I would consider definitely size up when ordering.

I love their clothes esp their pants. Main problem is their sizing so I end up buying lots of sizes of the same pants to get one that fits me. This is fine except their cost of shipping and returns are too high, meaning for 1 item purchase it costs me 19 euro in shipping. The cost has made me stop buying from them. Another thing is the way they do sales, its so weird that they have sales for just over 1 week 2 times a year and when I was going on a holiday and couldn't shop their's summer cloths aa they have none.
