Delighted Customer
Over a year ago I used this site through Top CashBack to change my gas and electric with the lure of a free £31.00 once I’d switched. I knew you had to wait a while to get the money but after waiting over 6 months I decided to call Top CashBack who basically began to mess me around. Every time I chased it I got a different story. After losing my tether I rang Free Price Compare not holding out any hope that anything would be done. I spoke to a gentleman called Shay who apologised and said he would sort it out. He was very friendly and easy to deal with and I felt listened too and encouraged I would get my money even though there was still a little doubt in my mind it wouldn’t happen. I’m very happy too say within a week the money was in my bank. I would recommend this company to anyone as thinking back the change over of my gas and electric was very smooth and I found the site easy to navigate. Shay is a true gent and kept to his word. Free Price Compare does a very good job. It'd be very easy for them to just list the big providers that have the deep marketing pockets and known brands, but if you search here you'll find some real gems that you won't easily find elsewhere.

UPDATE: I’ve been dealing with Shay who has been very helpful and extremely patient with me. He arranged for cashback to be paid directly because Topcashback were holding the funds despite Free Price Compare having paid them. Thank you very much Shay. You were a pleasure to deal with and so helpful, a perfect customer service experience.
Updated: Still not received the cash back as promised.
UPDATE: After speaking with Free Price Compare they have confirmed the issue is with the energy supplier and that once they have confirmed I have switched the cashback will be credited. Thank you for getting in touch and providing an explanation.
I used this website as it was offering £33.00 cashback through Top Cashback, this was on 18/08/19 and the cashback is still showing as pending. It seems like the cashback offer was just to lure in customers. I definitely won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I used Free Price Compare for the first…
I used Free Price Compare for the first time through the Top Cash Back website. Great to compare the quotes and different offers from energy suppliers. Free Price Compare were offering an incentive of £30.50 which I thought useful to go into my account for Christmas.
I switched, but nothing went into my account, and Top cash Back are now trying to chase up the missing amount?
Not sure I'd use them again, it's misleading and disappointing when you're promised cashback which never materialises?
I have emailed my details as requested, so will update my review when I receive a reply from Free price compare. Free price compare have contacted me to say they are dealing with my cashback claim, and hopefully it will be paid into my Topcashback account.
A month on I still don't have any cashback from Free price compare. Top cashback said they're trying but are still waiting to hear back from them. I gave them the order number, and am now on my second payment to my new provider, so there is no reason why this hasn't yet been paid?
It's now March. I still have not received any cashback from this company. Top cashback say they're chasing them waiting for a response. I've been paying a direct debit to my new provider since October.

I've also just tried calling you on your landline number so we can talk about it and see what is the actual issues as it can be pending transaction from cashback site or have the refused to pay.
