What I have received is so nice - super comfy and I will be definitely buying from here again.
The confirmation emails were a little confusing and I was unaware at the time of purchase that one of my items was pre-order for December delivery (which is fine for me) but I just wasn’t aware and so when it didn’t arrive with the rest of my order I was quite confused.
Having said that, the customer service was excellent and I had a response very quickly giving an explanation. Thank you 🙏

Such a nice fabric, resistant yet soft and comfortable, does not overheat either of us. My little one loves it in there! I've only put her in when she's already chilled so can't comment on the settling down powers of the carrier yet. Easy to get it wrapped around you, if anything the most difficult part is gauging how much to tighten it. Purchased on the Black Friday sale, so got it a a reduced price, which was a bonus. No complaints here!

Everything is perfect! Sadly I couldn‘t try it yet. Because my due date is Feb. 2021. But I‘m very excited to try it😍

Really lovely sling, arrived really quickly

Absolutely fantastic product. I am a first time mum and wanted a change bag that I could use and and not feel to mumsy. The bag fits all the essential items in, used on a recent day trip. Looks and feels like a top quality product, well worth every penny. Wouke highly recommend.

Loved this bag but unfortunately was too small for everything I needed to put in it and also would have preferred a bigger zip opening. The litre capacity would also have been helpful in the product details. Customer Service was brilliant though.

I purchased a sling and a bag. They are both made from good quality material. The sling is so soft and the bag is really pretty. I live in the Czech Republic and shipping took longer than the 3-7days, which is suggested on the website, but I emailed Freerider Co., support and they were really helpful and my purchase arrived 2 weeks later. I wasn't too bothered by it because of course, with COVID-19, this year's situation is a bit hectic all around.

Appalled at the cost of return for your products not being for free. For such a costly item free delivery and returns should be an available

I love it, I get to have my baby close to me all day long and he’s supper confy and loves being on me

Lovely wrap, easy to use, comfortable to wear. Simple online purchase, quick delivery. Upon washing my wrap, I noticed a hole in the length of the fabric. I contacted freerider via their email link. They responded within 24 hours, and were quick to offer a replacement/credit note/refund. Good communication was remained throughout, I received a replacement of my choice within two days.

This works so well. My baby settles as soon as I put him in the freerider.
