Not as good as I’d hoped
A lot of my photos chopped the heads off those in the picture :(
I paid for HD enhancement but it doesn’t look enhanced.
It’s a shame, as I have previously been recommended to buy, but quality wasn’t as good as hoped.
I contacted customer service via the website to discuss and review but still no reply (4 days) so can’t comment on customer service

Wish I'd read reviews. Paid £9.99 for next day delivery which was the whole reason I came here instead of my usual photo site. They will be late and therefore now not in time for what I need them for. Why promise something you can't actually follow through with? I imagine chasing a refund on the delivery cost will be hard work because it's the only way they make money

Wish I could give no stars. Paid for next day delivery on the Wednesday, said they’d be delivered on the Thursday. Weren’t processed till Thursday with a Friday delivery. Message on Friday to say they’ll be delivered on Saturday. This was too late as it was a scrap book I was making as a present to give on the Saturday morning. Emailed them, they refunded £2!!! Apparently it’s the difference between next day and standard delivery. Emailed back to say I was not happy with this. Email again a couple of days later with an official complaint. Nothing. I’ve now had to involve Resolve. I would never order from this company again. I understand issues arise with processing and delivery, but the customer service is appalling
