Very friendly both on the phone and in person, very quick response to come out and fix/replace my tyre. The guy that fitted my tyre was very pleasant and talked me all through the process and helped put my mind to rest. Highly recommend.

I got to say that Paul and Liam were awesome. Side-walled the tyre, causing a blow out. Paul was very supportive and caring to my wife over the phone. Car was safe to leave road side over night. Liam picked me up in the morning, took me to the car and fixed it. Liam was also friendly and very professional. Prices were very reasonable, can't thank Freeway enough... Legends! Thanks, will never used anyone else again.

My wife had a blowout in our car tyre. She was miles from home. I contacted Freeway Mobile Tyres. Gave them details of location and type of tyre and Dave was out within ½ hr. Done a great job replacing tyre and showed us the damage to the tyre afterwards. Used them several times before. Would recommend.

Called at 8:45am and been seen and fixed by 9:45am!

My car had a screw in the middle of the rear right and was completely flat. Tyre was removed, puncture repaired and up and running quickly.

Great service, fast, reliable and would recommend to anyone.

Arrived on time, did the job, charged exactly as quoted and were very helpful with advice for getting a spare wheel to replace the next to useless "repair" kit supplied by Seat. Thank you.

Have used Freeway Tyres my entire life, known Dave Buckby since I was seven, sadly he's now passed away. Went to them to fix 2 tyre sensors for my Ford Kuga and got ripped off, charged £214 for sensors that cost no more than £50 for four. Will never use them again.

Another fantastic service provided by the Freeway Mobile Tyres team in Poole, Dorset. I needed some rim protectors for our new car, and they spent showing me the different colour Alloygators they provide (these are the best rim protectors you can get). Once chosen they booked me in really quickly and fitted the protectors carefully and with their customary good humour. Now my alloys are truly protected thanks to Freeway Mobile Tyres.

Managed to squeeze me in the next day despite being very busy! Excellent customer service.

Needed puncture fixed, on a Sunday. After quick call visited the Poole depot. Excellent service, friendly staff and back on road in hour.

WARNING DON'T USE IF YOU CAN HELP IT...What a rip off charged £204 for a cheap runway tyre plus there call out charge.

Had a Tyre fitted on a Sunday , When i phoned was told that they had budget tyre in stock so took wheel down and they fitted it with no problem.
Asked me if they had quoted a price and no they had not but i had been told it was a budget tyre.
Charged me £94.80 for a tyre that other Tyre depos would fit to the car for max £60. Its a shame because on the whole the staff were very helpful and i would have liked to use the company in the future but to this amount over the top was shameful.

Fast, quick, convenient!

Needed my tyre changed today having arrived at work with a nasty puncture. My tyre was changed for a reasonable price in the work car park within hours of contacting them.

Alex from the Poole branch came to my rescue this morning while I was travelling to my sister's in Wareham. The lovely man on the phone said a technician would be with me within the hour, and he was! Alex had the tyre changed and put back on my car in no time and I was back on the road. Thank you Alex, you are a thoroughly nice young man and a credit to your employers. I would highly recommend this tyre company.

I contacted your office late this afternoon and received polite instant service, resulting in Alex arriving at my home in less than 1/2hour in rush hour traffic. Alex was polite friendly and explained everything he needed to do and why a complete new tyre was required.
From start to finish the service was amazing, I would highly recommend freeway tyres to my friends and family. Thank you

Fitted tyres on bank holiday very expensive

Fitted to a cracked wheel lasted a day had to buy another tyre to get home

Said it wasn’t cracked when fitted! Same wheel same issue big coincidence!

Won’t use again!

2nd time I have used Freeway, first for 4 new tyres on my Motorhome and second for a new Motorhome battery, not only did Stuart fit the battery he tested to ensure it was indeed the battery. A very professional job and was very customer focused. Thankyou Stuart.

Had a problem with a big garage wanting to charge me extortionate price for tyres but wouldn’t let me remove car as no mot, but freeway were great. Really helpful and managed to get in and change the tyres at a fraction of the cost. Will definitely use again

my lady partner went to freeway tyres poole on Nuffield estate and had a bill for £154 for a £79 battery I went back to them and asked for a itemised bill it turns out they charged her £50 for fitting a rip off she was never told of this fitting price before they fitted it be aware I'll never use them again, a lady on her own, they would have not done it if it was a man.
