Awful experience up and down. Promise 2-5 days postage and then it doesn’t happen and then you get fed lies through emails saying they’re working on it.

Avoid them like the plague

Lots of reviews mentioning orders not being shipped on time. My order has not shipped eight days after order, and since its a bank holiday won't be shipped for at least four more. The website advertises same/next day dispatch so two weeks is really not ok.

They refused to cancel my order because it's "already in the queue" as if that's a reasonable excuse. I ordered on the understanding that dispatch would be a maximum of three days. That's the basis of the contract to buy. They've broken that contract, and legally should refund me.

Purchases sweets, recieved items all loose and not in the box as advertise. On closer inspection all sweets are well past expiry date. After contacting the advised the items are edible and will not be refunding. They also attempted to update website when challenged as they stated it was clear these items were past the date. They were not advertised as out of date.
Avoid at all costs. Proper dodgy company!

Ordered a wholesale value of £250 a week later and still not received sent them emails to ask where my order is got no response! The shipping is still saying waiting for details! I would avoid at all costs. Im very disappointed with this company.

The sweets are beyond their sell by date. The sweets appear to be processed in their wrapping which then splits open. The taste is fine.

Ordered three sets of sweets in one order from this company. They decided to replace the Wham's I ordered with Vimto's and ship without telling me. In letting them know this mistake they offered me a £5 voucher with a minimum spend of £20 essentially meaning I would have to spend £15 plus shipping in order to receive an item that I had paid for originally.

Plenty of freeze dried sweets companies out there. Avoid this one at all costs.

Tight, scummy, profit squeezing crap.

Some of the sweets weren’t even freeze-dried, which was really disappointing given that’s the whole point of buying them. On top of that, they leave the original packaging on, which makes it awkward and messy to get into. Overall, not worth the hassle.

I ordered some off tick tock and I paid for 6 I had 5. I messaged the seller and sent a picture to confirm that I only had the 5. But I had my delivery Monday and had the other bag today Wednesday 😁

I had an excellent shopping experience. Initially, I was hesitant to order after reading some negative reviews about the delivery. However, my kids were eager for me to buy them, so I decided to take the risk. I needn’t have worried, as I was kept informed about the delivery status and received my order within two working days.

A great bonus was that they offer halal sweets. The kids loved the Skittles, while I enjoyed the fruit salad sweets. We weren’t keen on the jolly ranchers but that was probably just a matter of personal taste. It was a lovely experience to try though and I did find them crunchy, but dissolved quickly in the mouth, leaving a chewy but extremely sweet texture. Would recommend ordering even just for the experience of trying it and kids will love it!

Their website says "Freeze Dried Sweets is committed to providing all of our customers with THE best customer service." This is absolute rubbish. In truth they are committed to avoiding all responsibility for their product once they have your money.

The terms of service is full of made up nonsense and ridiculous excuses. It sounds like they were written by a child. Product arrived damaged? Not their problem, because as they say "They are meant to be eaten anyway". Package got lost? Not their problem. Adverse weather? Not their problem.

I suggest Freeze Dried Sweets familiar themselves with the Distance Selling Regulations.

If could 0 star for service I would-ordered 3 pouches for daughters birthday as really wanted them, website said got a free gift-fantastic! Selected, paid, email confirmation showed items ordered and free gift, order arrives without free gift, but delivery note inside prints on there also-so send email just to enquire, then see an email from them saying it was a glitch but they will honour it (sent day after order was shipped) got a reply back to my initial query email saying effectively ‘yeah, you have to spend 40 pounds to get that’ so replied with screenshots of their email saying honoured and confirmation email saying dispatched with said item, have just received a reply saying no-despite previous direct communication from them saying they would honour as their mistake and 3 different confirmations would be in there-I’ll be fully honest, I don’t care this much about the free item, but the principle and the way in which they have come back on this is just awful customer service-I do wish I had looked them up on here before buying but will never purchase anything from them and recommend everyone else to find another, more reputable company!

Terrible service. Order still has not arrived or even been shipped. 1st and last time.

I ordered the finger of fudge from this company and firstly the order took a long time to come and secondly, the product wasn't freeze dried properly so they were chewy - if I wanted a chewy finger of fudge, I'd buy them as they are as they are for a hell of a lot less money - I do however understand that sometimes they don't always freeze dry properly - but in this instance, I had to chase for a reply, they refused me my money back or accept that the product was not up to standard, nor do they have a disclaimer on their website that states not all products always freeze properly and in these cases, you won't get your money back - So the name of the their company is a joke! I have ordered these now from multiple companies but I I went to Freeze Dried because they sold more in the pack - If I've ever ordered from elsewhere and one of the products didn't freeze properly, they've always put something else in and apologised - these were £25 of wasted money - so avoid!
I've also not received a response since my last email stating that I don't accept they're excuse.
Go to Space Sweets, they've been the best quality so far.

Items came broken and the company told me they don’t honour a replacement and then have ignored my last message. The items came in a cardboard box and had no wrapping that would stop them from getting damaged so I’m sure a lot of peoples come damaged. Shame as it was for my sons birthday.

I ordered a while ago, but I was in LOVE with these products. So creative and a huge variety, along with SUPER cheap prices and great products. Shipping didn’t take long at all. Already repurchased multiple times. Highly recommend.
