Product never arrived
Ordered over 2 weeks ago, nothing ever arrived. I’ve emailed and they’ve tried to blame Royal Mail while it’s clear from the tracking that Royal Mail hasn’t been passed the parcel yet. Customer service is quite rude and won’t offer a replacement or refund which is against he consumer rights act. I’ve raised a complaint with paypal.
Will update this review if/when freeze dried sweets ever offers me a resolution.

Scam company
Ordered over a week ago for next day delivery and still waiting. Contacted them but got no help at all. After reading comments on their tiktok page ive realised loads of people are in the same boat as me. Stay away from them. Terrible service. Might be a scam company
