As a team lead, I appreciate:
1) Being able to sort and filter call data by agent, not just day, or a phone number;
2) Easy to configure call queues and rules for outbound calls (i.e. we're using local numbers when we call to a specific region without switching our SIP accounts; no need to use any specific prefixes for that either);
3) Our manager is always available, so if there are any difficulties, it's easy to resolve. I really like that. Never regretted signing the contract with Freezvon.

I am their customer for 4 years
I am their customer for 4 years. Tried some of the competitors but still prefer Freezvon because of their UX. It's very convenient especially after they released latest update. Support is quite fast so I am happy and would recommend them.

Non refund and i didn't use the service for 2 days.
I asked them for a refund after buying the number after 2 days but they never did it ,they didn't even want to back the balance is lefted at the account and now they took it and i don't want the service ,not recommended bad support and customer service and bad service.

At their FAQ they had confirmed that they can refund the balance on the account and when I had asked them to refund the balance they had stated it is impossible --they are good at taking money ONLY

Their systems are down so I cannot pay for my account, and my phone number will be deleted through no fault of my own
I cannot pay for my account because their card system is down and they don't know when it will be back up. Or so they say. It's been several days. I've called the company and been lied to about it working again by now. I've just received an email that my phone number will be deleted from their system in less than 24 hours because of non-payment, and they don't care. They advertise 24/7 chat and service and there is none to be found - all employees have abandoned their posts on all fronts. It's a sinking ship that's about to go under water. What a scam.

This is the worst site ever-wish I could give a zero rating
This is the worst site ever. They provided multiple customer service number in different countries including USA and stated 24/7 support -total BS.I have tried all the number from Estonia-London-Kazakistan-USA none of them picks up the phone. Tried day/night. Tried to get hold to chat agent on my account on their website many times and I have all the chat transcript. They asked me to provide with screen shots and telling will get back to me via email or technical support team will call me-all bogus. I had problem with top loading, then zoiper set up and finally I am not receiving my clients in coming calls. When the virtual number is dialed it drops announcing "the number is busy" in the originated location/country. My clients can't reach me via my virtual number. They did not mentioned SMS can not be made using the Zoiper application by my sip account. Out bound SMS can be done on the web account which i have sent numerous nothing going through. I am asking for refund at this point since I am unable to use the virtual number and none of the customer rep have called me to help me out with this. I also left VM on their USA number multiple times. If they fix my problem I will definitely come back and edit my frustration and anger towards this company.
