I spend a lot of time traveling and…

I spend a lot of time traveling and Freezvon helped to improve my communication with friends and family tremendously. They provide superior service for outgoing calls. It doesn't matter the country I am in, I can call USA numbers for the same price, which is near 8 cents per minute. Also a huge shout out to their customer support team, they helped me to set up an app in a few minutes. Totally recommend.

Buyer Beware!

Freezcon literally define the meaning of "buyer beware".

They will continue to charge your credit card (always for below £100 so that the Consumer Credit Act doesn't apply) and use an eastern european merchant acquirer who has NEVER honoured a chargeback request in its entire eight year history.

I was charged $50 for a service that was NOT provided. The SMS number DID NOT WORK at any time. I found a much better product for under $10.

My purchase was through CapitalOne who have never dishonoured a chargeback of mine in 20 years. Freezcon continued to try and charge my card multiple times, even after I had cancelled their non-existent "service". I finally had to cancel the card and get a new number from Capital One.

NEVER, EVER, EVER, give Freezcon your credit card number!

For the first time, we see such a fake comment, our regular customers will immediately understand that this is all made up, why you wrote such a blockbuster, we do not understand, but we treat all customers with respect. We will write an answer for our new customers to protect our high-quality services and our top service.

Our arguments are very simple and anyone can easily verify this, since:
1) We do not have auto-debit from the card, at the level of the site’s functionality, each client replenishes money into the account manually. We can’t deduct money from a client’s card, it’s just a bad fake attempt from your side;
2) We always return the balance from the account, and also return all the money if the service is not provided;
3) In your case, you bought a number and it worked properly (as you wrote to us in a letter in July, you received SMS), if you had SMS that didn’t come, you should apply to us to check why that happened, there may have been a failure at our provider, perhaps the number may not support receiving from all countries (for more information on the availability of numbers, please refer to the link - https://freezvon.com/services/who-can-send-sms-to-virtual-telephone-number), there can be many reasons, there are a lot of complexities in VOIP technologies, but our specialists always help our clients solve any problems s complexity.
4) When you talked with our support manager, you didn’t even ask what our director’s name and you never asked us to connect with him, but here you have invented for yourself who our director is and even added that we threatened you. This is pure fake, it’s just dishonest and ugly to do this, but we still respect you and wish you successful work with another company.

I ordered a phone number for SMS and it worked. When I first registered the account, I paid for the number and thought I may have been scammed. This is because I didn't know that I had to wait 24 hours. However in less than 12 hours, I received my number and used it to verify an account I had AND the verification worked. All in all, it was great but my only concern is that I didn't know that I may have to wait 24 hours for a number.

Sketchy service I am yet to have my number activated after having to go through extensive security checks with Chase Bank. They must have a record of ripping people off. 24 whole hours before a number can be activated. Some on here say it never happens. I'll believe it when I see it. The good reviews are likely fake. STAY AWAY

I was looking for some options for…

I was looking for some options for myself that I could use my phone in places where a regular network works badly or very expensive roaming. I was very pleased with the option of a virtual number with calls using Internet connection.
I have contacted with many services and decided to choose Freezvon, I was satisfied that they explained everything in details and showed how to set up my number.

They refused to send remaining money back!

After I cancelled the contract I asked their support team to send me the remaining balance back. And their answer was "when you signed the contract you accepted the paragraph XYZ that we won't be sending remaining balances back". However, I've never seen such a rule, or paragraph, or anything like that during account activation. This is a despicable behaviour that deserves not only this warning but many many more of them!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

technique support is very poor and completly separated from technical issues! they don't understand even how the process!
I asked for a refund for just 20$ and 20$ in my case is nothing!

they tell me that they refund after 30 days. they looks like transformed after getting your money! but the real story is they getting me nervous and they force me to use their service!!!!!!!!

Using a German mobile number for calls…

Using a German mobile number for calls from my folks. Huge shout-out to ppl who answer their chat! If they didn’t warn me about proof of local address needed for landlines, that’s what I would order, because I never read stuff not directly in front of me, even if it’s on the same page as where I‘m making the order.
So far, everything’s great here at freezvon.com. With SIP, calls cost me and my folks almost next to nothing, I‘m available to them from anywhere in the world, which, with my job, is a huge plus; what else? Great of them to remind me every month when the due date is, because I basically never remember to pay bills on time. Wouldn’t want to lose it due to non-payment and then order a new one, pay the set-up fee again.

To connect all the numbers, the user will be requested with contact information of the end-user. Without providing and confirmation requested contact information - activation of the number is not possible.

The balance from account can be refunded at our discretion in exceptional cases, after giving the required documents, as well as the detailed verification of the financial and law departments. This verification can take up to 30 working days after the client's request.

The same customer service told me to wait 24hr. i contacted them again after 24hr she tell me it take sometimes more than 24hrs to validate a number.

I couldn't even get to topping up my …

I couldn't even get to topping up my balance! They tried the manual calling for security confirmation at 12am my time, which of course I couldn't respond to as I didn't want to wake my cousins. And, as most people who have the money to buy a number, I had to go to my full time work. Only 12 hrs later whilst I was still at work, they cancelled and refunded from impatience. Tried again when I got back home only to be told that the financial department will not accept and they will not listen to the valid explanation. Would be higher if they at least waited 24hrs for a reply and/or listened to explanation for the delayment of response.
