Freightera won me a new client!
Had 3 shipments with Freightera in March/April and as always they did not disappoint. Lowest quote and delivered on-time. One of the shipments was to a new client that had really specific delivery needs (delivery scheduled before had to be by email and phone and within a 2 day window) Freightera handle it with ease and took care of everything for me. The client was impressed and will be looking to me for more business.

Been using freightera for two years
I have used freightera for over 200 shipments.
The website is easy to book freight on and the customer service is absolutely amazing, anytime there is an issue with a shipment their team is ontop of it in minutes.
Highly recommend everyone over at freightera.

I waited all day for day/ross to pick…
I waited all day for day/ross to pick up.They didn’t follow the instructions of calling in advance. They showed up at 330pm. They showed up with a truck that was too short for the pallet. I have no idea of when they are coming back with another truck. They didn’t come back yesterday. So Hopefully today!

It seems that the carrier sent out a wrong truck to pick this order up unfortunately, and by the time they were able to send a different truck to the location, it was already too late in the day. Luckily, this order was picked up the following day and it's on it's way to your delivery location now!

Excellent first experience
Excellent first experience. Price was very competitive, shipment was picked up and dropped off on schedule with great automated emails to alert of me of the progress of my shipment. I will definitely use Freightera again!
