I absolutely love Freightera, everyone who works there is so kind and is always able to help us when we need it. They are great with communicating with us, and have the best prices! Definitely recommend them to everyone!

We have only used Freightera on a few occasions, based on a recommendation from one of our suppliers. To date, we have arranged both locally and out-of-province shipments throught them, and our experience has been positive. Deliveries have been timley, and service from carriers chosen has been professional.

Bad experience. I book a pickup and waited all day for the truck to come until I decided to call and find out what time the truck will be coming then I was told they gonna call the trucker I call back again as I’m still waiting … only to find out the truck left as he picked up more loads than expected and cannot do my pickup.. like when you plan to tell me?? And I really needed my delivery.. this is second time having delivery problems… if this continues I will start looking for other companies.

Freightera has great customer service. If there is any problem with a carrier they are always on it and I don't have to worry about it myself. The rates are also very good. I use to check with other brokerages and they are always the lowest.

This company delivers the best freight service I could ever find. Last week, there was a delivery challenge (outside their control) but they still helped step by step to ensure delivery is completed and the customer is happy. The service is not comparable to any other shipping company that I have used. They communicate very well and are easy to deal with.
