I’ve been buying the bone broths for a year now as I love them as a tasty drink or to add to sauces or gravy’s. Recently I bought the beef pho and chicken ramen which are both excellent base for noodle soups or, again as a tasty drink. I also have tried the strawberry protein shake and these are great to keep me going if I don’t have the time to prepare lunch or a snack. I would certainly say to give Freja a try they are delicious products

Everything worked as expected, ordering was easy progressing to a simple payment option. I was kept informed on the progress of my order/delivery which arrived promptly in good condition. The products are delicious. Absolutely no complaints, keep up the excellent work.

This review is focused solely on the product, not the company, as customer service was excellent and delivery was prompt. I purchased the starter pack for £40, which included several broths (including chicken), a thermos mug that keeps drinks hot for hours, and a tea towel—overall, a decent package and good value. Unfortunately, I found the ready to use chicken bone broth lacking: it was too thin, had a salty flavour reminiscent of stock cubes, and did not deliver the robust chicken taste or rich, gelatinous texture I enjoy in homemade versions. While convenient to use and suitable as a soup base, the broth didn’t live up to my expectations, so I won’t be buying it again once I finish what I have left.
EDIT: I tried the instant bone broth, chicken and beef, as advised by the company and its delicious! I have since ordered more, along with a chocolate collagen shake which makes a fantastic bed-time hot drink.

I have been using Freja now for about a year and love all their products. I am 72 and start my day with a kefir smoothie and the shake, have an instant bone broth drink most afternoons and always use the classic bone broth for cooking. I wouldn’t use anything else now and recommend it to all my family and friends
I have all their accessories too and especially love the Freja mug.
Also their customer service is outstanding … such speedy response from the lovely Evie …..to any issues and nothing is too much trouble.

5 stars! Amazing service and CARE from Evie. My order was not left at the property (which would have been ideal) but taken to a DPD drop point to be picked up the following day. Evie was amazing and even offered to reshoot a replacement if it was too tricky to locate and collect it. All resolved with DPD but it was the service from Freja that shone out. You feel there are actual caring human beings working to get nutrition easily available to people. I haven’t tried the product yet. It was ordered for an elderly lady who is very sick and I think this will be a great support to her. Thanks Evie and Freja.

Apart from the product being delicious and nutritious , the customer service is amazing, very rare nowadays, nothing is too much trouble.
I’ve been enjoying both types of bone broth and the ramen and pho, all really good, can’t recommend enough, it may be a little more expensive than some but in this case you get what you pay for.. quality & service.

A fantastic brand that we all need to use! They also have an amazing customer service. I recently put a large order in that was delivered in 24hours. Unfortunately during transport two of the items were damaged. This problem was resolved and replaced straight away by a lovely customer service lady named Evie. I would highly recommend this product and there customer service

I tried Freya for first time and although a bit pricey for me at the moment I got the deal so I was pleased . I want to have good bone broth with good ingredients to help my pain in shoulders and just give me good nutrients for whole body and others had raved about it . I enjoyed the packet chicken broth very much and knowing it’s doing me good an added bonus . Thank you

I absolutely love these products, they’re such good quality, although are a little pricey. I love the instant bone broths and particularly like the shakes-you’d never dream that they were made from bone broth!
Today I emailed Freja with a product related enquiry, and I was genuinely amazed how speedy their response was, succinctly answering my question and even including a link to help me locate the suitable product! 5*

I ordered the chicken bone broth. It says you can have it as a drink.... I used 3 heaped table spoons and added boiling water... yuck, i had several sips and had to throw it away, disgusting.

I have been making these into soups for my lunch, they are very tasty.
Also, I'm not sure if it's my imagination or wishful thinking but I have noticed quite a bit of new hair growth along my hairline.

Did me a solid and didn't hesitate to replace my purchases. And it is nice on its own in a freja mug. Its gonna be my winter go to.

Great products, my children love the chocolate shake in their morning porridge, and my daughter loves her 'hot chocolate' treat. Thank you.
