Trina Sunmerfield was absolutely brilliant. A complex purchase of 2 properties and also persuading the farmer who owned the adjoining barn into selling it to us. Therefore technically 3 sales in 1 and somehow Trina managed to get it all organised and signed for on the same day. The viewing was October 2022 and we had the keys to all 3 in April 2023! Trina then continued to help with transferring all utilities to our name, meter readings and so much more.
From start to finish Trina was nothing less than amazing and she certainly sets the gold standard that all estate agents should aim for.
Trina is an absolute ambassador for your company and I would have no problems at all recommending her to absolutely anyone.

Our agent Sian Maher knew what we were looking for and contacted us immediately when the property came up. The transactions were complicated but Sian was continually communicating between the sellers, us the buyers and the notaires. Without her professionalism the sale would have likely fallen through.

When my father moved back to England after 30+ years in France, we knew we'd need to find an English speaking real estate agent to help us with the process of selling his house. Emma was exactly what we needed! She was responsive, explained everything we need to know about the French process, and was so helpful. Long distance transactions can be stressful, but Emma handled everything wonderfully. I'm sure she's a great asset to local clients too, but as a Brit, based in the US, working with my father who's based in the UK to co-ordinate this transaction - Emma was exactly what we needed! Highly recommend!

We recently sold our house with Leggett and they were first class. Our agent (Mariska) was excellent from start to finish. Mariska managed to combine friendliness with professionalism and really knows her stuff. Mariska expertly helped us through the process and her verbal and written communication skills are second to none, effortlessly switching between English and French. Mariska is an excellent agent and I would recommend Mariska and Leggett.

Really pleased with the sale of my apartment - a detailed explanation of the valuation, great presentation online with virtual tour. Cash buyer found in the first week, at advertised price and via video viewing so Leggett really do pull out all the stops.

Process was easy and explained throughout with electronic signature so we did not even have to come to Saint Gervais in person. No fuss , great service , highly recommended. I am sorry not to have meet Andrew , but he made everything really easy and kept us informed throughout .

I was very surprised to see Leggett’s rating on Trustpilot as we found the agency to be super helpful from our first meeting to the completion on our property and beyond. Possibly we were just very lucky to have Jennifer Tombs as our contact and negotiator, but she certainly deserves the 5 star rating.

We compared the service we got in France to that of English estate agency where it really is money for old rope - we were amazed at what the service actually included: Jennie answered any queries promptly and thoroughly - and they were many, as two Brits with zero comprehension of how French house sales work.

We looked at six properties back in June and completed on October 5th - seamless and painless - thank you so much Jennie.

Selling our much loved house in France was a daunting prospect, but Caroline Flanagan helped me all the way through. She was extremely efficient and explained everything to me along the way. She arranged all the necessary diagnostics tests, chimney sweep and house clearance on my behalf which made it much less stressful for me. She was always on hand to answer any queries and always kept me informed with how things were progressing. I appreciated her handling of the sale, and accordingly, it was smooth sailing.

I recently bought a house through Sian from Leggett Courchevel. Sian conducted the engagement with the upmost professionalism. She was the driving force in getting the transaction through, whilst providing sound and balanced advice. I was always impressed as she completed tasks that I thought would be my responsibility, whilst navigating me through the French property sale process. I would definitely recommend Sian and Leggett, and will certainly be using her for my next transaction.

Dickjan and Mandy helped us sell our beautiful villa in PACA in the south of France. We knew that selling a property in France would take longer than in the UK, but after 3 months of not even one viewing from another useless agent we enlisted Leggett to try. M&D were both lovely friendly people and we built a nice relationship with them immediately. It took another 4 months but we finally got a fairly good offer, and completed the sale another 6 months down the line. We also got a much higher price than another local agent suggested we should sell it with them for! I think the bad reviews totally depends on who you get to sell your house. We have nothing bad to say about Leggett and nothing but good things to say about Mandy and Dickjan. Thanks guys, you did it!

Nikki Bobledijk is an excellent agent as nothing was too much trouble. She was thorough in assisting us with our enquires and flexible with our arrangements as we had limited time when we arrived in France. My experience with Leggetts was really good. Their agent Christina was excellent keeping us informed of the process at all times and this included evenings and weekends responding to my queries. The French contracts and paperwork was translated into English for us which in my case certainly helped!
