Very pleased with the little phone. Just what I needed for my elderly partially sighted dad. He was against the idea but now he has it and realises how easy it is to charge and use , he is carrying it around in his pocket. ( won’t wear it round his neck) I like the fact it was all set up with the main numbers and it keeps ringing around a cycle until answered.

Excellent service, fast set up and delivery. Battery fully charged on arrival so could start using it immediately. Very easy to use.

We purchased the door sensor with mobile phone alert and 3 additional sensors so we can be instantly informed if my elderly mother decides to go wandering at night.
James was very helpful explaining how the product worked and it arrived very quickly.

After trying several different alarm pendants for my 90yr old mother we are so pleased to have discovered Frequency Precision. She is quite deaf and with arthritic hands has found others hard to press or hear when speaking through the device. The company are always helpful and quickly return calls. We recently had a problem and had to return the device and it was back with us within 2 days which was very impressive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I recently bought this tracker to keep my mum safe, knowing that with a simple press of the alert button one one her kids will be on hand to get to her, hopefully this won't happen.
With the built-in GPS, two way phone I would recommend using this.

Brilliant little gizmo.....I was kept up to date with regular progress emails, it was delivered on time and kindly already set up to use immediately. Now I just have to get my ageing mother to remember to wear it and charge it regularly. Highly recommend this product and the company that supplied it..

Very helpful Technical support and sales staff. Liked the way in which they tried to customise the product to my requirement .Ordered a fall sensor and an out of bed/return to bed sensor with mobile alerts.

I found the Web site very easy to use, the ordering process was very straight forward & easy to follow. All items were delivered on time. The equipment hasn't yet been set up yet so can't comment.
I'm very pleased with everything so far.

Very pleased with our call button and pager system. The wireless extender works well in the house which is important as we have had problems with other systems due to the thick walls. James was very helpful both over the phone and by mail and guided me through what might be the best system for us. Very pleased with the end result.
