I have received a VERY RUDE response from Fresh-Tray. They have failed to mention that the ASA advised them that their advert was misleading and have failed to mention that many other people reviewed the product in the same way believing it was 10 for £4.90. They have sent the same discourteous reply to many people who have written a review. Obviously, they do not identify any wrong doing on their part and have no respect for their customers. I strongly advise you AVOID THIS COMPANY and do not WASTE YOUR MONEY on this RUBBISH PRODUCT!
I have received the trays and they are not as good as they are made out to be and, unless you are into catering, there is no way you would need 10. Two is enough but I would recommend you don't buy any!
This is an update on my original review. I didn't want this update information to get lost in the original post.
I have been emailing this bunch of UNSCRUPULOUS characters virtually every day since last Saturday (12 November) whe n I discovered they had illegally charged my account £49. I had not authorised any payment though I had entered my cc details as I thought it was a legitmate company. They have insisted that the goods have been despatched at every opportunity even though the tracking information says otherwise. Under the Consumer Rights legislation, there is absolutely no reason I cannot receive an immediate refund but these CROOKS tell lies and fob you off. I received a request for contact information on 15 November and this was duly provided. However, no-one has contacted me and when I try to ring, no-one is available. I have reported the company to the ASA as their adverts are clearly misleading and the number of similar comments made will vouch for this. I responded to an advert on Facebook but I have been unable to, as yet, contact them to have their adverts taken down and have the company banned from the platform but I will continue to try. Everyone who has been 'had' by them needs to spread the word the avoid this 'company' at all costs. I will be contacting Shopify as recommended by another reviewer.
They have taken down a lot of their adverts but I've just found this on a web page which actually states THE PACK is £4.90!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Take more money then you expect by deceptive adverts and wording.

Ignore your attempts to cancel order. They tell you to return item once received if you do not want it , BUT, at a huge cost to you as it will be going overseas.

REFUSE TO TAKE ORDER FROM THE COURIER, they will then return item at a cost to the scammers. Might take a while but hopefully will be easier to get refund from your bank.

Scammed out of £49 thought I was only paying £4.90. Wished I'd checked them out on trust pilot before ordering.

So further to my original review the company is still insisting they advertise correctly. My parcel is now showing as being delivered, it wasn't so I'm nearly £50 out of pocket and nothing to show for it.
Like the other reviews I thought I was paying £4.90 for the product to be billed £49 . Ad is so misleading and when you try to phone them the number disconnects immediately. Customer service does reply via email but just insists item has been despatched. I literally emailed within 20 min so despatch time must be super quick if it ever comes

Misleading advert! Price appeared to be £4.90 but was charged £49. No total showed during check out, only after payment was made. Emailed immediately cancelling order. Told it was already shipped. A lie! No despatch email received and no tracking number. Basically theft and there's nothing I can do about it. SCAMMERS!!!

Run a very misleading ad, partner got caught on this. Advert says £4.90 for 10 trays, but they take £49.00. They are nothing but a thieving bunch of chances happy to rip-off people. When you contact them they use every excuse to avoid repaying any money owed.
Don't touch them!

Ran a very misleading advert on their site, that made it look like you got 10 trays for £4.90. in fact it was £49.00 my partner contacted them and asked to cancel they told her it was too late and the items had been despatched, BUT we received the despatch email 3 hours after they emailed us claiming to have already sent them. Also, they have a fake Trustpilot score on their website.

Update: CON ARTISTS, claimed to have delivered the trays but provided fake tracking details for Evri, steer well clear.

Please make sure to report them to Shopify, as they operate on their platform.
