GREAT HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've been using Fresha for partners, two years now. I have not had any issues using this app. I once had a set up error that I needed support with. And then this week I tried to move into a new phone and had some transfer issues. Fresha help me resolve them immediately. They are very quick to escalate it from just a typical AI chat to a human. I am so grateful. This app has served my purpose well. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with using the voucher…

I had a problem with using the voucher my daughter gave me for my birthday - and at first the answers the place was passing me on weren’t working. So I messaged customer service and had a reply just in time from Arta who seemed to have fixed the problem and I could use the voucher to pay the deposit. This meant that the next day when I went for my massage, the owner could complete the order with the rest of the voucher. Thank you to Arta.

Diana is an exceptionally polite and…

Diana is an exceptionally polite and kind person. She helped me resolve a very difficult situation with Fresha. I couldn’t access my account, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. She helped me so much and was extremely responsive and supportive.

Thank you again, Diana! I truly appreciate all your help, and I wish Fresha nothing but more employees like her. ❤️
