Great, responsive customer service

Ordered an item and within the expected timeframe received confirmation that this had been dispatched. A while later when I hadn’t received it, it became clear that Royal Mail still had the parcel in their system.
Notified Freshairjunkie and their customer service was excellent as they resolved the matter quickly and I soon had the item I had ordered.
Problems happen from time to time, but it is how well they are rectified that defines good customer service.
Well done and thank you Freshairjunkie.

Delivery was quick.

Delivery was quick.
Only put the tent up in the back garden so far just to check it. All good, can’t wait to take it camping.

Delayed delivery. No help from anyone.

Spent £590 on a tent. Sent by Parcelforce who said the delivery would take on Friday then didn't turn up. Parcelforce customer services said they would put it for Saturday delivery then they didn't. It's 7PM Monday and no deliveries yet. Contacted Parcelforce again to be told to contact the seller. Contacted the seller and, although polite, but failed to provide answers to the delivery and order cancellation as I asked. Some may argue it's not a seller's fault but it's a business decision to use RM and PF. There are other couriers in the market who stopped using covid as an excuse long before to cover up own faults. Same driver name on Friday and Monday and even I saw the van passing near my street on the live tracker so no excuse. Looking at the reviews, I'm not the first one to mention about their delivery options. Perhaps it's time to review the delivery partners. To be clear, it's a London postcode and I received parcels from other couriers including RM without any issues on Friday and Monday. The product was marginally cheaper than other websites but should have gone to others who use DPD.

Update 29/07/2021
Amex sent a copy of shop's response where he referred the case as a fraudulent. I have escalated this to Amex and Stripe and made it clear they file a case against the merchant. Now I have a copy of call recordings with Parcelforce where they confirmed that the shop never contacted the carrier to query a location of the parcel. This is going to the Trading Standards now.
