I placed an order with Fresh Box…
I placed an order with Fresh Box Markets back in March and unfortunately never received my box. The tracking has said "on the way" for months, and despite reaching out by email in May, I never got a response.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be left without my order or any communication. I was really looking forward to trying their products, but the lack of follow-up and customer service has been disappointing.
I hope they improve their support and order handling going forward
