Doesn't let me give 0 stars but I would if I could. Still never arrived. Ordered in January. Scam

Looks like these scammers are out of business now as there are no adverts and there contact page on the website is also offline.
However, the website still looks operational so be warned, giving them your money is as good as flushing it down the toilet!
I ordered over 9 months ago and they are no longer replying from the Helpdesk!
Just AVOID!!!!!

It’s been almost a year and I still have not gotten my package, appears their email address is no longer working, their contact number does not accept incoming calls. This is a complete scam, I have been following up with them monthly and excuse after excuse. Do not order from them total scam

I had one order a year ago that was perfect. I ordered another set 3 months ago and they replied for a bit, but have now no longer replied to any emails and I haven't even received a tracking order.

Here are their replies:
6/7 - Thank you for your order. Your order is currently being processed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number within a week. You can track your order at this link: .. by entering the tracking code. If you have any questions, please let me know.

6/23 - Thank you for contacting us! I just wanted to drop you a note letting you know that we have received your order and that it is in processing. Within a week, you should receive an email with the tracking number for your package. If you don't, let me know, and I'll try to rattle some cages for the info.

7/2 - Thank you for your inquiry about the status of your order. We apologize for the delay and understand your concern.

Currently, there is no specific completion date for your order due to unforeseen issues at the factory, such as incidents or a shortage of workers. This has slowed down our fulfillment process. We are actively addressing these challenges and working to expedite your order.

Fresh Hoods has some really cool stuff. Plus they are supposedly made to order in the US. I’ve ordered from them several times, and it took 2-3 months most of the time, which I was okay with since it was made to order in the US. The clothing I got is very nice and good quality. Then I ordered more cool stuff from them. I waited several months with no update. I contacted support, and they acknowledged a shipping problem and they would send it out with priority. Nothing for another couple months. I then went back and forth with customer service, and they would ask if I wanted the order shipped still or to have store credit. Why would I want store credit when I’ve already ordered stuff that I want? So I always tell them I want it shipped, and then nothing happens — this went on a number of times, half of the time they don’t respond at all. I filed a BBB complaint, and provided the receipts and emails, and they would not respond to the BBB complaint. I’ve been ghosted by the company. It seems many others have had similar problems.

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

They take your money and that is the last you will ever hear from them, I waiting nearly 2 months, contacted them numerous times and have nothing back from them in any way shape or form. don't use them it is the very definition of a scam. currently getting my money back through my bank. Waste of time and effort, AVOID.

Made an order since january 2025 and email the numerous times and said they going to ship my order, but they never did.They just a bunch of scams dont buy from them.

Ordered a few hoodies following a targeted ad on Instagram in December 2024 (similar to other reviews). Given the festive period and international shipping to the U.K. expected this to take some time to arrive.

Reached out to their customer support in January 2025 and was advised there were delays in shipping and problems with distribution, and offered a 10% discount for a next order. Additional emails were send over a few weeks to find out the details on the order. The responses seem to be generic and automated (responses signed off from a David and Mary)

It’s been 9 months now, no order received and requests for a refund ignored. 100% a scam and too many people have fallen victim to this including myself.

Do not make a purchase from the website. If you have done, reach out to your bank immediately !

My problem is not with the service but with the products. Why are they so big? I ordered the smallest size n I look like I’m wearing clothes that belong to my dad! Ordered 3 tops so not cheap and all useless. And when u try and contact them all u get is a pop up about reaching their quota so god knows what that is about. Defo wouldn’t buy from them again unless they change their ridiculous sizing

Scam. Ordered a golden bee Bomberjacket three months ago. The order has not yet arrived and the service center only gives automated answers.

This company is a big scam. It is a capitalist tool design to steal money from people online. I ordered a hoodie from them since 8 months they have not supplied my order and they are also refusing refund. When you write them, they keep giving fake promises. The European consumer protection body should be informed about these cyber criminals.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I placed an order almost 12 months ago and like many others they send a fake postage email with no intention of sending any items. Will try to see if a PayPal refund will work.

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered 2 hoodies in January for my partner and after a million and one excuses, they are now ignoring me and obviously haven't received my hoodies I paid for.

This company sent me a tracking number from the U.S. Post Office to make it seem as if my order had been legitimately processed and to prevent me from disputing the credit card charge within 30 days... but it turned out that the Post Office submission was fraudulent and the shipment was never made to me, and the company provided only fake responses to my inquiries.

It's been 4 months and 8 days since I ordered a hoodie. and it hasn't reached yet. I've contacted Fresh Hoods 3 times so far, and I will again after I post this. Same story every time. It's always some story about the order or shipment being mixed up. Let's see what they are going to say this time.

Just a fraud company. Recieved 44 Emails with excusions. Don't order there and when you live in the US - bring those damn thieves in jail.

This company is a straight-up scam. The help number doesn't work, they don't respond to emails and they don't ship orders. I'd give them a zero if I could. Total waste of time.

I've ordered and bought from this site in the past and they have delivered and the product has been good. However. I ordered in March. 4 hoodies, from Australia. $271. I was expecting it would take a while. But after literally hundreds of emails to different "people" /ai there and hundreds of canned ai responses, they have now completely stopped writing back altogether. I went on the site to try emailing them fresh through the "contact us" and it comes up with an error message saying the form is overpopulated.
Absolute scam. How does a company go from being great, sending orders, good customer service to being a complete scam? And how is this site still able to take orders and money off people? To this day. It's still taking orders, even though you literally can't contact them.

Don't buy. I purchased May 18th. Never recieved. Emailed and they said "difficulties in packaging and shipping." Said they would "resend my order." Still never recieved. Emailed again, now they will not reply.
