SCAM ALERT!! It’s been nearly 6 months and still no signs of my hoodie. They don’t reply to email and when they do, they make up excuses.

Stay away at all cost.

I ordered two pairs of trousers in January and have yet to receive. Everytime you fill in the form on the website just get an automated response and fobbed off. You now can't even fill out a form as their form is now over quota. What does that tell you?! Awful customer service will never make this mistake again

order cloths 8 months ago and never received it and whenever I try and contact them they just apologies and say they will get it to me as soon as possible but they never send it. huge scam do not buy.

Never received my package. The customer just say things like don't worry, it on it way. It's a scam.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely a scam... Same as all the other one star reviews.. bought something 9/10 months ago for a Christmas present, never arrived and every email you get back from them is some form of "sorry, something's gone wrong, here's some discount codes, we will solve the issue and send your purchase out to you on priority shipping".
Gutted I gave them money.

I ordered for shift a year ago but I am yet to receive it. I have emailed the company several times but no reasonable reply. Apparently they're either fraudulent or irresponsible organisation. Don't waste time dealing with them, you will loose your money.

Quality is not what it should be. Ordered 2 hoods but they are worn just after couple of wash. Not worth of buying.

I ordered a single hoodie from this place and its been 8 months since that purchase and I still haven't received my order. Nor will they respond to my emails SCAM!!!!!

I ordered in November of 2024 and still have not recieved my order. I have emailed a number of times and got the same stupid reply. I have asked for a refund and just got told to be patient. It is very clear my hoodies aren't going to arrive and i am not going to get my money back for the products i ordered. Just don't bother with this company at all!

I ordered a hoodie on the 10th of December 2024, and I'm still waiting for it!!!!

His is a scam. I ordered 2 fresh hoods have been waiting now since Feb - It is now August - just told I they can store credit. But cannot deliver hoods.

I have been waiting and waiting for my hoodie. I ordered it Sept 2024. I contacted them and have had replies begging me to wait as the order is knits way / I'm a valued customer/ etc.

So disappointed as I really liked the item.
Not sure what to do next 😢

Similar to the majority of reviews here, ordered a single jacket and heard nothing for 10 weeks (no status updates, shipping tracking codes, etc.).
Logged a ticket, which was met with "sorry looks like we lost your order, we'll expedite your order and here's 10% off a future order coupon".

Another 4 weeks pass, no communication - I check in requesting an update and now they're simply ignoring me.

If you live outside the US, I recommend logging a quick form through the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the US using their scam report form, as they have the jurisdiction to hold this scam company accountable with enough reports. I'm also had my bank do a chargeback to retrieve the money that would have otherwise been lost.

they are a scam! Ordered November 2024 luckily only 1 item! They still haven’t delivered and I get the same email over and over again! They do not deliver and they do not my refund!

My husband last November of 2024 bought me a set a hoodie and track pants. We are still fighting with them no refund. I live in Canada and shouldn't take 1 year to come here. I send emails constantly on the order they say it's still being processed. We want a refund enough is enough. Buyer beware they do not send out orders. I have bought from them in the past with no issues. We are not buying from them again. If we do not get a refund then I'm going to Consumer Protection Ontario.

Biggest scam on the internet. Never delivers and the same auto response when you email. No number to call. Waste of money.

Bought for my son last year and have still not recieved despite emailing.
When I asked for a refund (as they have had plenty of time) they refused.

Ordered in March 2025, paid and awaiting! A friend advised his arrived in a couple weeks however it’s now nearly September and mine is still not here. The customer service is appalling! Repeatedly saying sorry and it’s on its way! What a crock of shit! Now I’m asking for my money back and surprise surprise NOTHING! Don’t bother with this company, they clearly have no idea how to run a company and whether the product is amazing it doesn’t matter because YOU WONT GET IT! I’m a single mum looking for a refund of money I chose for once to spend on myself and have been wholly disappointed from start to finish. THEY DONT DESERVE ONE STAR AT ALL
