Nothing arrived. I'm now doing a charge back with my bank with all the emails from them saying they will send it now. AVOID
They used to do good hoodies, but not anymore

It has been nine months.
I ordered two hoodies on discount nine months ago and still have not received them. I have put in two claims. Then I was logged out of my account and my password does not work. It will not send a recovery email.

I'm disappointed reading these reviews. When I first read the reviews, most people we're saying, it's not a scam. I just takes a long time to get your order. Now, most are saying they never received anything. I ordered a hoodie from this company, in October of last year. After about a month, I started emailing them to inform them that I hadn't received it. Long story, short, after emailing them three times, I finally got a tracking number. After ordering a hoodie, after 2 months and 2 weeks, I did receive it! I love it. It's great quality. Nice and thick. The color is vibrant. It's a little too big, which is fine. A few months later, I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. I should have left well enough alone. I ordered 2 bomber jackets to match up with some new sneakers. Still waiting 3 months later. So far, they've been answering with the standard offers of discounts on the next order. I don't know what to expect at this point. I'm going to keep mailing them, as long as they keep responding. It worked the first time. Either way, I'm never ordering from them again, which is a shame. They have really nice stuff.

Not sure how this company still is still running. over 4 months and no help from their help department. Either they understand English or is a bot. They will not give me my money back as i didn't get my order and will only give a store credit. I don't want to buy anything. This is a scam company, do not buy from them.

Fresh Hoods is a scam. They stole my money. I ordered a hoodie 8 MONTHS AGO and never received it. I asked for a refund several times and kept getting the run around. This company is a joke.

I used to have no problem with ordering hoodies from them. As of now, I'm still waiting for a hoodie I ordered in December 2024, and one from March this year. Big mistake ordering that one in March. They stopped responding to my emails.

Ordered back in December 2024 as a Christmas present and it never got delivered. I knew it would take a few weeks as it was international and my partner had ordered from them before so gave them a chance before emailing. When I did email they apologised and said they would send, again gave it a few weeks and again nothing. I emailed again and was advised again they would send straight away but still haven’t received it and they have not responded to further emails.

Biggest scam I've experienced so far. I've been waiting for my order since January and nothing has happened. Every email I send is met with some discount codes for my next purchase as a consolation. My email requesting a refund was simply ignored.

I ordered on June 2, 2025 and never received my order. I wrote twice and received no response. I will not order from this place again. It's a shame because in the past I've received clothes that I still love to wear.

Save your money. You will never get your product. Order in November 2024. Still no product. Promised refund. No refund. Complete con and scummy company. Tell lies all the time.

A few years ago they did deliver good quality, nice clothes and my items did arrive. I think since then the company has changed hands and been taken over by scammers. Do not buy from this company.

Bought a lot from them years ago. Was really happy with the products. But I order again 2 Months ago, and it seems the original company went bankrupt or anything. It's now a fake store. Not delivering anything and the billing partner changed. Those old 5 star reviews are no longer relevant.

The shipping tracking is a nightmare and the company doesn’t even know how to manage this, at the point they never deliver the product, the worst is that there’s no refund at all. Btw, they also delete comments from their socials.

Ordered in December 2024, emailed them on a few occasions (let's say every couple of months) asking for updates or tracking info, and it's August 2025. Still nothing. I'm not even going to bother making another attempt at getting the same response. Luckily, I only purchased one item and it wasn't very expensive.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. The other 1-star reviews should tell you enough. Scam highly likely.

Just like the rest of the other people I’ve heard of them three times I received my order twice the third order they are taking the piss with it’s been over six months I think everybody needs to get together and badmouth Tez all at once shut their website down it’s ridiculous. They take our money and not produce the product.

Ordered over 2 months ago from them and have never received my order! I have emailed them multiple times, with only a generic AI bot answering from them with no proper response. I have demanded a refund and they will not give me one. I have reported this to paypal so hope they give me my money back!
I suggest all people with this bad experience report them as scammers to trading standards. The more we report them, hopefully they will be taken down.

I made an order back in may of 2025 and the order hasn't arrived, and unfortunately it is past the point of requesting a refund.
Essentially these guys are either completely incompotent, or this whole store is a scam.
