Great quality, but I wish the 250ml bottle had a spare pump in case I wanna use it directly. All in all great experience!

Fantastic price and free delivery for an amazing product. Iwas concerned about how it would absorb into my skin. My concerns were unnecessary as it turned out. Maybe it was my really dry skin, but it was absorbed in one go, leaving no greasy film, just a nice soft feeling. And thumbs up for the bio and raw quality

Ordered this fragrance which I am currently in the process of testing. However, in terms of service, value for money and delivery it was very good and would recommend.

First time ordering from Freshskin Beauty after a recommendation from a lady who uses their products for her own natural skin care range. I am really happy with the quality & price of the lavender essential oil I ordered and it was delivered quickly and packaged well to avoid damage in transit. I shall be ordering other items from them in due course and pleased to be supporting a business based not far from me.

Ordered argan oil having researched in advance, and confirmed the colour of Freshskin's argan oil on their website product images. What actually arrived is a pale yellow, closer in colour to supermarket sunflower oil.

I make orders for few years from this company however my last order came without two products cuz of the damage of box. I emailed them and they sort it out.
I suggest from now one to put the products in a bag then in box. Maybe that's way they will never get lose.

The product is true to description.

I ordered the Raw Unrefined Organic Coca Butter for skin and hair which was dispatched and received pretty swiftly -

This cocoa butter is solid! with a delicate natural sweet chocolate scent.

Management; product needs to be heated gently for a softer butter texture. If you prefer oil? simply just heat the product for longer/higher temp!

Love this product, I use the cocoa butter solely on my skin and it looks and feels great very absorbent to and as stated above can be used on hair.

I highly recommend and will of course order again.

Do not use this shambles of a company!

My first & last experience using them, has been absolutely shocking.

Zero customer service, extremely unhelpful & ignorant whilst trying to rectify their blatant incompetence, when trying to rectify a very simple delivery issue that needed resolving, they just wanted to pass the buck!

My bad really for not reading the reviews for this joke company, had I done so, I would NEVER have ordered from them!

Score = Minus 100 out of 10, use them at your peril!

I had to have a product replaced, and this was done Free of charge, which I very gratefull for.

Easy to order and arrived promptly, well packaged.

I've been buying oils from fresh skin for years and never had any problems, the items ordered are always top quality and most important is that they use royal mail to deliver so your goods arrive within a couple of days (not like some cheap couriers who take weeks to deliver) . I don't think you will get this quality cheaper anywhere else.

Had an item missing from original order, but this was rectified very quickly and all item arrived as specified.

Great quality gel, absorbs quickly, healed dry patches, leaves skin feeling soft. Previously bought 99% Aloe Vera gel from other brands but finding this Freshskin gel to be far better. Fast delivery.
