Outstanding Service and Professional Staff.
I have dealt with Fresh Start for the last 5 years and they never fail to impress, The listen to your situation and due to their extensive experience always advise the best way forward.
Having lost my job recently they were understanding and sympathetic, quickly assisting me in sorting out my mortgage payments as a priority.

Financially worse off
I was given a great story of how I would be helped by this company and followed their advice to the letter. I am now worse off with a ccj and attachment to earnings because they did not manage to get done what they said they could. Some staff just seem to want to sit in an office, make you (the paying customer) do all the work besides make the phone calls to your creditors. For the pleasure of being financially worse off and having to get a second job to put food on the table, they take 50% of what I pay as their fee.

We are very sorry to read that you feel disappointed with your experience and understand how upsetting it must be to be dealing with legal action and increased financial pressure. This is clearly not how we want any client to feel, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns.
It is important to explain that a debt management plan is an informal debt solution. While we work with creditors to put forward affordable repayment offers on our clients' behalf and seek their agreement wherever possible, we cannot guarantee that creditors will accept those offers, freeze interest or charges, or stop legal proceedings. Those decisions remain entirely with each individual creditor, and they are not obligated to accept our proposals. This is clearly outlined verbally when speaking to our specialist debt advisors when discussing appropriate debt solutions.
We also understand your concerns regarding our fees. These are explained before a debt management plan begins and cover the ongoing management of the plan, including liaising and negotiating with creditors, distributing payments, and providing ongoing support throughout the arrangement.
