It took me ages to put my mirror up but I am so pleased with it now I have. The different lighting it brilliant for makeup etc. It was easy to fit, I did it myself on a tile background. The magnification makes all the difference as I am a glasses wearer and obviously when applying makeup you can’t wear your glasses.

Ordered a small facial laser device for my Mother. It remains unused and unopened and is inappropriate for her. Struggling to get a return address which I have asked for on several occasions. Got a reply saying they won’t refund until device is returned - understandably but I can’t return without address! I think the company is being awkward and I will return to the address on the parcel label if I don’t hear. I am trying to be helpful here! Wasn’t impressed with the quality of the item either but that’s another story. Buyer beware - I am not convinced the reviews on their website are genuine ☹️ I have given one star as the item arrived very quickly!

Item ordered mid december as a xmas present. Reached Uk from China on 23rd. Remained there ever since. Contact with their support (Duan Siri) eventually resulted in a new item being sent out. Finally recieved on 24th January 2026 (5 weeks+ from inital order). Too early to comment on actual item but was packaged nicely and appears to be of decent quality thus far.

The device seems to be of good quality and was received in about a week. I've only used it once but it was easy to assemble. I wish the instructions were a little more comprehensive but they've replied to others that tutorial videos/information are available. I'll look into that. Other than not seeing results yet since I got it yesterday, I'm very happy with the purchase.

My order was delivered to the wrong address by Evri. Freyara customer services tried to help but essentially the onus was firmly put on me to get a certificate from Evri as proof that goods had been delivered to the wrong address & also get the mis-delivery resolved. Freyara have been in regular contact but the final contact was an offer a 10% discount in exchange for a positive review!! Unfortunately my experience wasn't positive due to the time I had to invest to get the goods I'd paid for delivered.

I have ordered 2 products from them, a cavitation/rf machine & their red light mat. Both products work as described. Any questions on their website are answered promptly. They ship from China, so don't expect delivery within a week. Both times it was a 2-3ish week wait to Canada.

The device went out of order and the seller requested me to proof it is not working before they agreed to take it back and check the device, also, they requested me to pay the postage and send the device back to CHINA for them to check and repair, they also requested me to cheat the custom of the value of the device when I send it back and they requested me to remove all my bad comments on social media in exchange of a new device they said they will ship me. It's all a scam and the comments they have on social media are all manipulated

Very disappointing experience, not as described.
I bought a 3-in-1 device. I received all three heads, but the device only has two slots, meaning I have to detach and reattach heads every time I use it. This might be acceptable if that’s what was shown on their website, but I bought it based on the website showing three working outputs at once, and the description didn’t say they had changed it.
The device itself is weak and ineffective, and the large head is very heavy and uncomfortable.
I have been contacting them for around 20 days with no real result. They only agreed to a return if I pay shipping back to China, which is unreasonable and may involve customs issues. They refused to provide a return label.
They keep delaying and show no real cooperation. I do not recommend this company.
Update (24/12/2025):
They offered a 50% partial refund only if I delete or modify my review, which I refused. A full refund was only possible if I return the item to China at my own expense, which is not practical due to high shipping costs and customs.
My review reflects my genuine experience.
Update (29/12/2025)
The seller eventually resolved the issue with my purchase and refunded the full amount. They also apologised for the misunderstanding and promised to update their site. However, the resolution took some time, and there was a delay in communication.
