Don’t buy anything, I wasted over 1000 pounds for items that never arrived and they refuse to give refund for items I didn’t receive and instead of that offering 120 pounds back LOOOOOL. Been dealing for them for almost a month now and they seem to send you in circles without a solution! I honestly I wished I saw all negative reviews sooner, please be aware. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Avoid this company they will send you in circles! I ordered in September and now its December and I still don't have my order. First initially delivery address wasn't complete so courier couldn't delivery next starts where they run you in circles. After 3 months not receiving my order and numerous of times requesting refund and being denied refund I'm convinced they are shady company and using shady practices to not deliver good as they are not UK based they are China based hence they ignore every local consumer law. After 3 months they still insist parcel isn't lost and I can wait longer, they said they could try apply for replacement but I don't have any trust in them that's why I want refund, but they wont give you your money back. More I dont trust as I left 1 star review on they website FreyarUK and it got immediately deleted, that says they building they reputation on lies. Avoid this company they operate in UK as FreyaraUK so avoid them too, just source your goods from reputable sellers but not from Freyara.

Love it, they reply that customer satisfaction is their priority and they want to double down their efforts. Double down on what? They sent private email that is completely opposing and actually illegal practice, here we go:
"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
We noticed you left a negative review. Due to the negative review, our finance department has not yet approved the refund. Could you please change your review?
We will immediately urge our finance department to approve the refund and send you the necessary documentation once we see the change."
THIS IS ILLEGAL PRACTICE AND BREACHES UK CONSUMER ACT. Is that blackmail? keeping my money hostage because I give them bad review due to them not fulfilling their part of contract? That email response further more proving all my points above!
Additionally just came off call with the courier company and they said parcel has been returned to sender provided return address 2 month ago on October to Ltd in UK registered company which got nothing to do with courier and they been blaming courier and lying all this time to me. Now its obvious why its not reported as lost because the courier doesn't have it!

I did write a bad review which I took off and I will admit I was to hasty the reason was it started of with Evri telling my son that it had been delivered my son couldn't get anywhere with his complaints he contacted company and evri and they were blaming each other hence that is why I took over but must admit freyer sorted it out sharply and it was delivered today so I hope the company accepts my oppologied and I gave them 5 🌟.

I only gave 4 stars because of the shipping company. At first, I was skeptical in ordering from this company. I did a lot of research and tried messaging people who posted comments in Facebook to ask if they received their item particularly the cavitation machine. It took me 2 weeks to order because i kept on researching of their company until i came to Trustpilot to check for reviews. I took a chance and ordered. It only took 1 week to arrive. But the shipping company is not good at all. They delivered it to the wrong address across the street. The address on the label is very clear. Good thing, the lady whom they delivered it to, called me and told me that I have a parcel at their home.
I started using the cavitation machine on Sunday, Dec. 7, 2025. It does work but it’s hard to glide with lotion. I didn’t wanna use an oil based because I was adviced not to. I ordered an ultrasound gel from Amazon just now. I think it will work well with the gel to glide easily. If you are in doubt, i’m telling you, they are legit and the machine works.

I ordered an ipl laser, but unfortunately I couldn’t track my package properly. Probably a link error. Regardless I wrote an email to customer service and they replied so fast with proof of its tracking and I got my package the next day. All I can say is that they’re amazing!

This site has awesome products and great customer service. Their brand of beauty machines have allowed me to get devices that would have been twice as much on Amazon. And the shipping is very fast. All around awesome company and my go-to for microneedling, red lights and everything else.

I bought two items from this company. It took two weeks to arrive. Understandably, they were coming from China. I am very happy with the small magnifying mirror that comes with a light. I didn't want the second product, so I asked for a full refund. The company has agreed to provide me with a full refund, and I have received it. Thank you

After seeing the Red Light Therapy Head Cap info on Google, I researched to locate one of these. Amazon had some and also this company. The prices were about the same except Freyara were offering it a reduced sale price £30 cheaper. I also used a discount voucher so paid £88.
Today I was researching another item and by chance saw this identical cap with various sellers on eBay for all around £35. So if they can sell these with free postage and make a profit, the base price is going to be much lower.
So Freyara are ripping people off with their escalated price of £125.

Different prices mean different quality. Our products have a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, we can reissue accessories or new machines free of charge.
If you keep the order, we will apply for a partial refund of £10 as compensation.
Also, could you please change your negative review?
My Reply: No different prices do NOT always mean different quality especially when the item is exactly the same. £10 is totally unacceptable and I am not removing my review.

Nightmare company ordered something electronic came with the wrong charging cable. Requested to send back told I had to pay which cost £27!!!! Waited weeks for refund opened case with paypal. They said they had not got it back despite the tracking! Spent hours on the phone to paypal probably 6 in all until they finally refunded me but still done £27 for getting faulty goods.One to avoid

Ordered a large vanity mirror with LED touch sensitive dimmable brightness a month ago. When it arrived, in a clearly well travelled and battered box, the lighting did not work. Initially they offered to supply a replacement power cable but this did not arrive. They have then offered to supply a replacement mirror provided I edited my poor review on this site. Finally received a working mirror, then the replacement cable which did not solve the issue. Happy with the product, less so the customer service although they do respond to emails promptly.

This company charged me extra fees outside of my invoice for shipping from overseas. I requested them back and they are refusing to refund the fees outside of my contract of purchase. Will not use this dishonest company for anything else. Buyer beware.
