Det bærer vores kundeservice også præg af, hvor du altid kan spørger om hjælp, hvad end det omhandler produktspecifikationer eller info om en af vores butikker. Vi sidder klar på telefon, mail og chat mandag til fredag fra 09.00 – 16.00, så vi i god dialog kan hjælpe dig videre og finde en god løsning.

Amazing customer service in the Tåstrup…

Amazing customer service in the Tåstrup store today!!The gentleman who helped me was super polite and always smiling.
Plus they prepared my new bike in no time.I absolutely recommend the Tåstrup shop,if you want to know or get anything for your bicycle.

Very good service in BikeShop URANIA

Very good service in BikeShop URANIA, it was a really good experience. They patiently work to give me different options. Looking forward to get my new bicycle!

I cannot say the same about the store in Amagerbrogade. This young guy didn’t want to help me, he didn’t do anything to find a bike to me. It was very frustrating. I would not recommend that store.
