Suprisingly smooth
Suprisingly smooth! I made my first order from Frmoda for a new perfume release that isn't available in the UK. I was delighted that even though it was a new release, it had 10% off on the site, and then I could use an additional 10% discount for being a new member. This made up for the expensive shipping cost (£18). When I ordered, the perfume said "Dispatched within 10 days" so I ordered on 10th May, but then realised I was going on holiday on 26th, so if there was any delay, there was a strong possibility I'd miss the delivery. I was really worried, but luckily, the perfume was dispatched on 19th, and arrived with full tracking from Fedex on 23rd. Phew! It was packaged well and exactly as hoped. I would definitely use the company again, although the shipping costs are quite prohibitive for anything that isn't either only available in Italy, or a lot cheaper than in the UK.

I loved my perfume when it arrived x however it took along while to arrive which was no fault of Formoda but the delivery company. The lady at Frmoda done everything she could to chase the delivery company and succeeded in getting my perfume finally delivered x thank you so much x

AVOID!!!
AVOID!!!! Shocking customer service. Bought Veja shoes from them which after a couple of months started breaking. They said I need to contact Veja directly however Veja won’t cover because it wasn’t bought directly from Veja. Frmoda just can’t be bothered to assist further and said I need to have repaired at own expense. Shocking unprofessional coming AVOID !!!!
