Just Terrible! Never again!
Placed my order on April 9th but in couple of weeks they emailed me that they will send it on first weeks of May. Where now for about one month the status of my order is Complete but tracking number shows that parcel is still in Italy! No replies from my emails, no delivery, no refund, nothing! So stressing, looks like they scammed me. That supposed to be my birthday present!
Horrible experience.

This is an estimate for your delivery price. Where do these prices come from £28, £30, £40? There are none like that anywhere. You buy things at a discount, and delivery eats it all up. I wanted to make a purchase, but I saw the shipping prices and refused.

Legit but slow processing time
Legit website. I took 2 stars off because my order had a “processing time” of 10 days but they actually took over a month to process it and ship it out. Shipping was quick but processing time is a little insane and something they should work on.

Slow delivery
The item arrived over a week later then expected, even though I payed £18 for express delivery 2-4 days, The item took over 2 weeks to arrive. It was a gift for someone else and it ended up coming so late it wasn’t in time for there birthday

Took over 4 weeks to arrive and I tried to cancel the order before it was actually shipped due to it being so late on delivery.
They shipped the item the day after I tried to cancel the order.
I would avoid at all costs.
