I ordered leather sneakers that were to large and they responded very quickly and were very helpful with how to exchange out the shoes for the proper size. They even allowed to swap to another color. Also when I had the shoes I was very happy with the quality and look. Can't wait to get the new pair.

Fast delivery, excellent quality. My first time to have these low top leather trainers, looks and feels so premium.

Delivery fees to the UK are £7.50 and returns cost £15. Too risky to buy their products if you like in the UK for this reason.

Definitely needs time to break the shoes, but love the sleek look of the shoes. Also love how the Jak team provides an additional pair of in soles and also sneakers wipes. Can't wait to purchase my next Jak shoes.

I bought 4 shoes and I’m very happy with them. They last longer and the leather is very durable. You can dress them up or dress down. They don’t have bold and over the top branding which I love.
