We don't by pots and pans often and some of our older 6 qt. stock pot was showing it's age. We had purchased the Titanium Pro Always pan Duo (10" & 12") on advice from our daughter and we were impressed. We decided to upgrade our stock pot to the same type and style as the pans. We are very pleased with the quality of the pot and the workmanship.

I have purchased multiple pans and accessories of the blue salt collection. I still have a couple of pots that I have not used yet, but I am very pleased with everything I have used. I love the practical features on the skillets and pots such as the pouring spouts and ease of cleaning.

Lovely pans, but they use DPD to deliver, who are awful! No obvious assistance from Our Place whatsoever when DPD didn't even try to deliver to my address, and instead took the parcel to a difficult-to-get-to random Post Office claiming that I wasn't in the house (I was in the house all day and sitting next to the front door). The box is large and fairly heavy, I'm also disabled, so I knew I couldn't manage to collect it, I also don't drive. I contacted Our Place as I am their customer, and I was told to sort it myself. Not quite adhering to UK consumer laws here!!
To update, after multiple phone calls to DPD, this was finally delivered (with no obvious help from Our Place) after close to a week, with a note written on a sticker, "Customer refused to collect". I'm not sure how I was expected to get this home from a post office, which is 40+ minutes each way. DPD did collect it from the Post Office so that it could be redelivered, but, it wasn't delivered to me, which would have been quicker, it was taken back to the DPD depot, which was miles away and in the opposite direction. I had to call DPD to find out where it was, to be told they might not deliver it to me, but send it back to the Our Place.
Delivery is why I bought it online in the first place. It's taken multiple calls to DPD to get this delivered to my address, and each one has taken time I can not spare. It's not the customer's job to sort this! Our Place customer services team didn't seem to help at all, the Wonder Oven, when it turned up, is great though, but I'm reluctant to buy anything else as there's no guarantee that it will actually be delivered.

I want to share my experience with Our Place because it’s honestly one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had. I purchased their “Perfect Pot” and used it very sparingly over nearly 3 years (maybe 10–12 times total) before reaching out to them. Despite that, the coating started to degrade and scratch under completely normal use—just light, occasional cooking like soup and tea.
Here’s where it gets worse. When I contacted them, I learned that while the product is now advertised with a 3-year warranty, when I bought it, it only had a 1-year warranty, something that was not made obvious at all. That alone is a red flag. Companies don’t suddenly triple a warranty without underlying quality concerns. When I pushed on this, the rep even confirmed the coating has since been significantly improved and thus the warranty period extended. So I was essentially stuck with an earlier, lower-quality version. In hindsight, the pot even felt cheap for the price, but I trusted the brand’s “premium” positioning and didn’t think to scrutinize the warranty. Afterall, $165 pot should last decades with proper use and maintenance (I actually just looked up my order which made me more frustrated that it actually cost more back then for an inferior product).
Instead of standing behind their product, they hid behind the fact that I was outside of the 1-year warranty window. Their solution was to offer $30, but only if I bought another "Perfect Pot" first. On top of that, they mishandled loyalty points (738 points expired in just under 6 months). At first they said they couldn’t reinstate them, then reversed course after I pushed back, but with restrictions that limit you to $30 per order, forcing multiple purchases to use them. Even with their current sale, points, and $30 credit, I’d still be paying $39+ for a replacement plus shipping. I responded highlighting that I could buy a quality pot for less that the price of replacing the damaged pot (I ended up with a highly rated pot that had a couple of extra features which was slightly less that what I would've paid for the replacement pot. The entire experience felt like constant backtracking and hoops rather than a genuine effort to fix the issue.
What stands out most is how short-sighted this was. I was a repeat customer (ordered 6 items over a few years) who would have continued buying from them if they had handled my situation properly. Instead, they chose to save a small cost knowing they were going to lose a loyal customer. For a brand that markets itself as premium, both the product quality and customer support fell far below expectations.
At the end of the day, the only thing premium about Our Place is the price. The product didn’t hold up, and when given the chance to make it right, they chose not to. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’d strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting the marketing.

I placed an order last week and then cancelled it. I still haven't received my refund for the cost. WHY?.... I apologize. I checked my credit card statement and found that the amount was never charged for the pan. I guess I cancelled the order before the charge was submitted. Please forgive my impatience.

The One Pan lasted 6 months before the non-stick stopped working even after meticiously caring for it as their instructions states.'
We also have their bakeware. It's nice and has lasted, but we don't use it as often as the pan.

Well, the pans are great. I bought one and they're great. Not so their customers service. No way to get a hold of a person. I've tried. They only email. Why 3 stars? I'm trying to buy more, their large set of pots and pans. The only thing is, that it has a pan that I already have, and wanted to get a different one since I already have that one. I wanted a quote with a substitute pan. No, can't do it. They said I bought my previous pan more than 100 days ago. What does that have to do with anything. I want a large set with o e substitution which I am willing to pay more for. No, can't do it. Doesn't seem they want to sell their pots and pans despite all their commercials. Someone there is sabotaging this company. Crazy! Ok, dont sell me your large set of pots amd pans. You know what you can do with it. I'll buy from a competitor.
