Absolutely brilliant arranging for Openreach to sort out our problems
So efficient

First time ordering and this company does not make it easy to return an item you're not happy with. They only give you seven says, then say no reason given for return, then deny the return. They only allow an exchange return and if you want the option to get a refund you have to pay extra when you first order. Not a good way to get repeat customers. They got my $90 this time but that's all they'll ever get from me. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I purchased my E-priam Stroller from this company last year and we just found out when our baby is transitioning to the fabric seat. We realized that they sent us a wrong seat insert which doesn't match to our stroller model, canopy and padding are also missing. I tried to connect with their customer support team and surprisingly they couldn't find my information in their system. How this type of company run their business online that they don't have history of information of the customer who made purchased in their website. The lady who's helping me is so lost after I provided all the necessary information in order for me to rectify the issue. To their support specialist department, I need my concerns to be dealt with. This is something that cause trust issues and deception towards purchasing a not so cheap stroller from your company. We trusted your pinky promise as what you advertise in your website as it is brand new but opened box. The false advertising doesn't look appealing to me as a consumer. I am still trying to get a hold into one of your customer representative in regards with these matter in order for you to make it right for me.

I bought a couple of nightstand tables they were marked to a great discount from $145.00 to $59.99
I thought I hunted a great deal!.
When we put them together they were ridiculously small they look like a box
They are not even worth $59.99 original price
They are worth the most $35.00 they are so small and low quality, they don’t look good anywhere they look like toy tables
I figured prices/discounts are very misleading..
I contacted the company they said I can return them if I bought 'return protection'
well, I didn’t
What a waste of money and time

I’ve ordered 2 things from Rebel. They sent me the wrong item for the first order, and the machine purchased in the second order was defective. The customer support is lousy. This is a terrible business. Shop elsewhere.

This is my first purchase and the open box item was in brand new condition, it was delivered on time and was 40% off the regular price. Worth checking out for a bargain. I also had occasion to work with customer service and was treated well and helped.

This was a very good experience with this company and I’ll be happy to deal with them in the future.

Car seat arrived in perfect condition and we saved a good chunk of money.

Quality item cheap, just a little slow on delivery but that’s ok.

Never received my item and paid the $20 extra for shipping protection. I’m now out $330 and a car seat that I desperately need.

The Garcia whole fruit extraction juicer is uneficient. I didn't like it at all I want to return it.

Everything that went along with this purchase was great.. Prices were good, Shipping was pretty quick, and both products that I purchased were open box but in excellent condition!! Will def be shopping here again for my grandson…

I have been trying to return products I bought. No response on how. No packing slip, no way to return without help. Paid extra for return if necessary please help.

Purchased a graco contender slim and I’m pleased w it. Other than missing the infant pillow (which I thankfully don’t need) it was completely in tact and seemingly unused.

We never received a product that was damaged, didn't work or was used. Mostly we can't even find the imperfections that were declared for some products. We made some great deals on rebel.
