Will not order online again
I ordered at Fronda because they had a specific flower type that wasn’t available anywhere else. I got the information via email a week later that it was not possible to sent this. Considering the rather high delivery fees and time it took to deliver (more than 10days) I could have just ordered somewhere else. I can not say anything yet about the quality of the bulbs.

Tal y como indicamos en nuestra web, los pedidos con productos en preventa tienen una fecha estimada de entrega que se muestra durante la compra, ya que depende directamente de cuándo el proveedor nos hace llegar la mercancía.
En esta ocasión, lamentablemente, el proveedor no pudo suministrarnos uno de los bulbos que había solicitado. Por este motivo, y tal y como nos indicó, realizamos el reembolso correspondiente a ese artículo.

Mi primera vez no estaba satisfecho con el servicio normalmente excepcional.
The girl who served me showed very little interest in selecting the best rose from the selection available. When I commented on her poor selection she begrudgingly changed the rose for another equally poor choice.
This was the first time I’ve had any reason to be critical of the service at Fronda. It has always been exceptional, friendly, professional and without cause to be critical.
I hope the next time I visit the shop it’s is the same as I’ve always previously enjoyed.

Delayed Deliveries and no Communication
I have now ordered twice from Fronda. The first order arrived a day later that estimated which means I waited at home for one day for nothing. I just ordered again yesterday and the estimated delivery is for today. However, I just checked the website and the status of the order is "in progress". Luckily, I thought to check otherwise I would be waiting at home again all day for nothing. I have received no communication about the delay. From my experiences I would say they seem to have issues with delivering on time or are not realistic with their estimated delivery dates. I'm not sure if I will order again from here. I think with plants a speedy delivery service is essential especially in Spain with the heat of the summer. I just heard from their customer services team and they confirmed that my order has shipped but will be deliverd tomorrow. Once again, this is a day later than the estimated date they gave me. Not good enough really. Luckily, I checked and didn’t wait in all day again like the last time.

Para que tengas más tranquilidad y control, te enviamos un email con el código de seguimiento la misma tarde que tu pedido sale de nuestras instalaciones. Así puedes ver exactamente dónde está y cuándo llegará, evitando esperas innecesarias.
Nuestro objetivo es que tus plantas te lleguen en 24 horas desde que salen de nuestro vivero. Nos alegra mucho saber que, a pesar de todo, tu último pedido llegó dentro de ese plazo y que todo estaba en perfecto estado. Queremos que sepas que si alguna planta no llegase bien por el transporte, nos hacemos totalmente responsables.
