Had a demo meeting arranged for…

Had a demo meeting arranged for yesterday - the rep cancelled 5 minutes before. Rearranged another call for 10am today and he hasn't called.

Will be moving forward with a competitor who actually bothers to show up to the introductory meetings. It is a shame as this could have been a pretty big contract for Front.

Cannot recommend Front

Cannot recommend Front. As with Mailchimp, they have recently started a policy of terminating accounts based on the content of your emails.

Unlike Mailchimp, they have done so to several companies with no notice or warning. We cannot put our business at risk this way.

Front recently cancelled their services…

Front recently cancelled their services with the Babylon Bee satire website because it’s not aligned with their employees political views. No warning whatsoever and it’s another example of cancel culture. Was unable to send or receive emails from the Babylon Bee.
I’d never recommend a company that does business that way.

Honestly the best system out there..

Honestly the best system out there..

I am speaking on behalf of my entire company when I say this, Front is amazing! Previously we have used Freshdesk, Zendesk, Help Scout, etc - the "industry standard".

They all were "okay", but there were always frustration points at every step. Couldn't easily forward emails, lacking features for internal communication, slow software, eye-sore, etc. All the time we were hoping there was a better alternative but eventually gave up as we thought industry standard had to be best, however that is not the case.

Everything is so minimalistic, yet modern and there's no 1-hour tutorial to set things up, you just know what to do, and if you have issues, there are explanation points all the way. Previously we have always been in the fear of missing e-mails due to the needlessly complicated systems, and we didn't feel quite home with them, now with Front, we know we don't miss e-mails - we have regained control.

Answering e-mails are one of the most important things we do to bring on customers, and now with Front, we know we're not missing a single conversation. Usually we are able to respond within 10 minutes. The mobile app is a great bonus as well, and it's incredibly easy to do a lot of tasks there as well.

Overall, I don't find any of the "industry standard" programs to ever come near Front, and at this point I don't think we're going to switch for a long, long time. I'm pleased to be in the future of email systems.

They don't even know their customers...

I get a "quick reminder" from Front... "Thanks again for choosing Front" please rate us...

I was a happy front user when they started. Then after a few years they got greedy and started overcharging and underdelivering. Switched to Missive App a few years ago. Never looked back!

Sadly front thinks I'm still a customer -- hence the review request.. Stupid.

Our team loves the feature of tagging…

Our team loves the feature of tagging each other in an email so that we can discuss it internally without having to forward the email. All of the comments, attachments, etc are right there in the email trail. The calendar functionality has improved as well. We can share our calendars so we know when a teammate is available for meetings.

Front is an excellent tool for working…

Front is an excellent tool for working with email in a team. Really easy to share messages between team members and collaborate on replies or actions. Integrations, such as with Linear, make triaging feedback etc much easier. Can't recommend Front enough.

The built-in spell check is terrible. Please integrate Grammarly or something.
