Very quick easy process to renew our policy. The Renewal Price came in much better than expected compared to the previous year, with a nice discount.

Dear Charles,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

We are sorry to hear that you feel your renewal invitation was sent late. Having reviewed your policy, we can confirm that your renewal quote was emailed to you on 8 June 2026, and your policy was due to expire on 10 July 2026.

We send renewal invitations approximately 28–30 days before the policy expiry date, giving customers time to review their renewal terms and decide whether they wish to continue their cover.

If you have any questions regarding your renewal or require any further assistance, please contact us via Live Chat or email, and our team will be happy to help.

Kind regards

I kept making updates to my policy…

I kept making updates to my policy details but it would not save them!! Each time I logged in I had to start again, and then within the space of half an hour to add the details again the price went up £60!

Dear Ruth Jones,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

We're sorry to hear that you were frustrated when updating your policy. We have reviewed your online sessions and can see that, as your renewal invitation had already been issued, any changes needed to be made to your renewal quote rather than your current policy.

The changes you initially made were being applied to your current policy, which is why they were not reflected on your renewal. Once the changes were made to your renewal quote, a revised renewal premium was generated and your policy was successfully renewed.

Please note that whenever changes are made to a policy or quote, the premium is recalculated and may increase, decrease, or remain the same depending on the information provided. Having reviewed your account, we can confirm that after the changes were made to your renewal quote, the premium actually decreased before you proceeded to renew your policy.

If you have any questions about your renewal or require any further assistance, please contact us via live chat or email and we will be happy to help.

Kind regards
Cover Team
