First time using a collection agency…

First time using a collection agency and really happy with Frontline. Start to finish it was very straight forward. Friendly staff, fast response times and ultimately got the result I was after.

Customers not paying is a constant…

Customers not paying is a constant source of menace to our ledger. Since working with Frontline this threat has been subdued. Special thanks to Jane who is constantly a great help.

We don't often get patients not paying…

We don't often get patients not paying but recently there seems to have been a spate of them. We turned to Frontline to help us recover our fees and they have been great from the start.

Never had to use a debt collector…

Never had to use a debt collector before but had full confidence in Frontline after our first conversation. Explained the process for me and after a few weeks, they got me back the money I was owed. Kept me updated and when the agent went to the property, the game was up and my customer knew he had to pay.

An Excellent Debt Collection Company

I have had to use Frontline only a few times in the last few years. However, they have been amazing-even long outstanding invoices (which we had mentally written off) have paid within a week of contact with Frontline. They have been speedily successful in every referral I have made.

We don't often get a client not pay us…

We don't often get a client not pay us but in strange times, strange things happen. When promises of payment were not kept and then the client was ignoring me, I knew I needed professional help.
Frontline were on hand to help me recover nearly £7,000 owed which isn't a lot to some but badly affected my position as we had kennel fees to pay. Thank you again for your efforts and I will be recommending your services to anybody that needs them.

Traced our old tenant and we are now receiving £250 per month payments that was completely unexpected. Thank you for your gallant persistence Frontline Collections as I know Mr Barnes wasn't the most pleasant of people.

Our company has worked with Frontline…

Our company has worked with Frontline Collections on various issues we have had over the years. They have always been very helpful and recovered the majority of the defaulted accounts we have passed them.
Much better than any Recovery service tried in the past. Would recommend to any company needed a reliable service of this type.
