The company was great

The company was great. I suggest you don’t use FedEx for deliveries. They did not follow the instructions of having the package signed for. They left it outside the security door where anyone could have pick it up.

I made my first order that was not…

I made my first order that was not going to have any shipping or special packing costs… but I was charged for them I want a refund of those moneys

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!! I placed a $1,200 order, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. One of the 10 high-end wine bottles I ordered, I was told:
"This one is available, but the merchant's supply price was significantly higher."
THEY SOLD IT AT THE WRONG PRICE THEN WOULD NOT HONOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE!!!!
And then for another 5 bottles out of the 10 they forced me to pick equal value substitution replacement bottles due to 'unavailable vintages' or 'out of stock'. THEN, some replacements even had to be replaced. I've been going back and forth for over a month. I wound up canceling my last 2 bottles for my $ back. STAY AWAY!!!!

Meh. Too long to pick/pack and wrong volume

Meh. Had free shipping so used it to purchase a bottle of Scotch my local liquor stores carry regularly. We were snowed in so it seemed like a decent "test". The price was good relative to what I typically spend.
Took almost two weeks for Frootbat to find a store to supply it (on the opposite side of the country) and it didn't ship for a full two weeks after ordering. For a relatively common bottle of Scotch, this just seems like too long to find a supplier.
Shipping time was reasonable but the bottle that arrived was 700ml rather than the 750ml on the website that I had ordered.

The misplaced order of the Rock N Roll Tequila.

I will rate you higher but it took so long for the response to getting my order. I still wondering did my order came in from you. I went on to order the Rock N Roll Tequila from another source. And when I received my order from the orher source they gave me a copy of the order receipt to show that I ordered it. I did not receive a copy of the receipt from you. I will check my bank statements to see if money came out from your service. I would have written a thank you for the service. However, I will continue to do future business with you if need be.
