The worst ever service and customer…
The worst ever service and customer support!! i bought 3 blenders different ones the first was optimum g2.6 wich was working fine for 4 years! Than stopped working but for me it was fine! they told me that i should buy new jars to fix the problem. I was not convinced, as the power does not turn on and this had nothing to do with jurs 😌plus the main jurs were tottally fine. So i bought 9400x and for 6 months was fine than started loud noises and from what they told me that the jurs were the problem again!! there was non stop rust coming in crazy way from underneath!! Veryyyy loud noise Fom both jars and to mention i only use for smoothies!!!! Nothing else.... I have smoothiea shop that works only 5 months the year! I bought 2 new jars for 300 euros for the 9400x to fix the issue but makes same noise so loud!! And i did not send again or communkcate with froothie customer service
as they always try to scam you to buy something else and blame you for what happens to avoid assisting you !! I was scammed by froothie so trust me if you want for proffessional use do not even bother !! Buy vitamix or well known brands with the proffessional warranty and pay a little extra😉 i bought Vitamix 5 years ago and is doing great !!definktelly worth what you pay for!! Froothie say thag they dont cover proffessional use for more than 1 year!! I believe that says it all 😉...it barely workd for this period in proffeasional invironment.

We’re truly sorry to read about your experience, and I’d like to clarify a few things after reviewing your case.
It looks like you’ve had three different models with us (the G2.6, the 9400X, and later the 9200A). From checking our support history, in some cases we unfortunately never received a reply to our follow-up questions, and it seems jugs with seized bearings were continued to be used. This can unfortunately cause further issues over time.
There are a few common ways damage to the bearings can occur:
If the bottom of the jug gets wet, moisture can enter the seals in the blade assembly and cause them to deteriorate or seize. This includes leaving the jug standing in the sink after cleaning. The only cleaning method we recommend is half-filling the jug with warm water, adding a drop of detergent, blending for ~20 seconds, rinsing, and drying.
Placing the jug in the dishwasher. For some models like the Optimum G2.6 this is possible, but the 9200A and 9400X jugs are not dishwasher-safe — this can damage both seals and bearings.
Storing the jug in the fridge can cause the material to become brittle over time.
Placing the blender next to a hot surface (like a stove) can expose the underside to steam, which may damage the seals.
Tilting or wiggling the jug side-to-side during operation puts unnecessary strain on the bearings.
Removing the jug before the blades have come to a complete stop can also damage the bearing assembly.
Overloading the jug or running thick blends for too long can generate excessive heat, which reduces the efficiency of the grease inside the bearings and may lead to premature wear.
Regarding your comment about professional use — our blenders are trusted by thousands of cafés, restaurants, and well-known chains worldwide for many years. It is standard industry practice that commercial warranties are shorter than domestic ones, simply because the machines are used hundreds of times more frequently. That said, we do also offer optional warranty extensions for businesses that want additional coverage.
I hope this helps clarify how such issues can develop, so you can avoid them going forward. Many of our business customers use the same models successfully for years, provided these care points are followed.

Excellent support, solid blender with some differences from older models
I’ve used an Optimum 9400 blender since 2015 and was always impressed with its power and durability. When I upgraded to a newer 9200A model recently, I did run into some technical issues early on. It seemed a bit more delicate than my older 9400, which felt sturdier and more robust.
That said, I was really impressed by the customer service. The support team was responsive, patient, and proactive. They guided me through troubleshooting, sent replacement parts quickly (including tools), and made sure everything worked properly in the end. I now feel confident using my new blender and appreciated how seriously they took my concerns. Excellent support that really makes a difference!

Blender for Gastronomy
I have been working with Froothie blenders for several years and have recommended them to numerous contacts in my customer base. The blenders are easy to use and uncomplicated to clean. So far, none of the devices have been damaged – so I don't know how easy the repair service is – but according to my research, even the blades can be replaced and individual components can be completely renewed.

This blender is amazing!
This blender is amazing! I use him daily to make my own oat milk, sweet and salty spreads - like chocolate creme with hazelnuts – and I even can make ice cream, using the blender only. The blender ist also easy to clean.

I would not do without it!
I love my optimum 600 slow juicer because it produces healthy juices almost silently - at least compared to the conventional juicers I have used before. It is easy take apart, clean and put back together again. We use it almost every day. I would also like to mention the great customer service rendered by the froothie team, who contacted me some time after the purchase to find out whether I was satisfied with the juicer they sent me. All in all, I can say that the optimum 600 is certainly an excellent choice for people who are willing to spend time on a healthy diet.

Best blender I've ever used
Having used premium high-speed blenders for almost a decade and knowing what makes a good blender, I am simply impressed by the Froothie Evolve. The vacuum function allows for making smoothies that are simply out of this world. A huge difference and upgrade to what I am used to. This way, even family members who have rejected smoothies so far are now hopping on board and even my sister and niece now got their own Froothie. The whole family loves it! The glass jug makes a huge difference as well. I love that with the Evolve you get not just one, but two solid and robust glass jugs. The added bonus of being able to make hot soups in the device is a huge upgrade as well. I am very happy with the Evolve and have already recommended it to a lot of other people who love it, too! Best investment!
