I bought Optimum 600 pro coldpress juicer before 20 days - have been juicing almost everyday and am very happy with the result.
Cleaning does not take long.
Also called the customer care for few things and was helped promptly.

Optimum 9200A (2nd gen.)
I am very satisfied with my optimum 9200A (2. generation). I bought it 4.5 years ago and have been happy with its performance ever since. There has never been anything I wasn’t able to blend and that’s why I have never regretted buying this one instead of a “better“ (more expensive) blender. I must admit that I can’t compare it to other blenders, though, because I’ve only used this high speed blender so far.
I tried to get in touch with the company a few months ago because my blender didn’t work how it used to (burning smell, rust on the underside and a leaking container), but didn’t get a reply. A few weeks ago I called them instead and was immediately taken care of. The employee always replied quickly, was very helpful diagnosing the issue, super friendly and made some offers, even though the problem (broken blade assembly) seems to have been caused by me.
Something that might be a problem for non-English speakers is that I called a German number, but had an English-speaking employee on the phone/emailing me. However, I don’t mind English and she asked if I wanted to be referred to a German coworker.

Regarding your comment that the call was forwarded to an English speaking customer support representative: Normally when customers call our German phone number they are redirected to the next available German representative. However, in the case that all of them are busy on calls the call will be forwarded to the next English speaking representative. If customers prefer to rather communicate in German that is no problem as we would always call back ASAP in such cases :)
