So this is the most amazing cream and company I have ever used!
I'm 55 years old and have a great life which has resulted in many laughter lines!
I've been using Froya Organics Anti age and insane glow day balm and their Magic wrinkle eraser night balm for about 2 months now and have noticed a real difference in my skin.
Its feels really soft and well moisturised and I have started to wonder if some of the lines are fading.
Although it seems expensive, I only need to use a small amount, so the jar lasts me at least a couple of months.
Their customer service is also the most amazing thing ever! I sent an email regarding my subscription and received a very helpful and friendly reply within minutes!

I've been using the daily balm and the night balm for over 3 weeks. For the fist week I thought I saw a slight improvement in my skin however in the last 10 days my skin has not reacted well to the products. I am developing spots all over my face which is not typical of my skin prior to using the products. I think the products are too heavy and not easy to apply leading to massive build up on my skin. I was expecting a lot more considering the cost of these products. I will not be purchasing again. I also feel like there are a lot of fake reviews being posted which are not a true reflection of these products. Also one of the glass tubs broke really easily after dropping it so overall this is a big fat no from me.

Just received my order! Excited to discover the product. Had an issue initially but customer service was great and it was quickly resolved.

When I asked about a subscription billing concern, Froya met me with very prompt service and handled the situation seamlessly.

Ale was incredibly helpful! All my issues were taken care of quickly.

I bought the eye balm. It moisturizes the eye area very well and helps reduce puffiness. I’m quite satisfied with it. I also bought the peeling product, which is fantastic.

I've been thinking for a long time that I should try these products because I really like the idea behind them and everything the brand stands for. Now that I finally have, though, I'm honestly quite perplexed.

Why did no one in the reviews mention that:

- The products smell awful. I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrance, but these scents are so strong that I can only use the products at night, and not when I'm with my boyfriend.
- They turn your face completely yellow. It makes you look unwell. I made a real effort to massage the cream thoroughly into my skin, but it didn't make any difference.
- I have to use a dark or yellow towel after applying the products. Even when I wash my hands thoroughly, the colour transfers and can stain light-coloured towels.
- After only two uses, the creams became grainy. After five uses, the grains were so large that they were clearly visible all over my face.

Its such a pity, because i believe i can see the products making some results.

UPDATE: I would like to add that I heard back from Froya's customer support almost immediately and was treated in the best possible way. Their response was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful, which I greatly appreciated.

I have been using Froya Organics for approximately 6 weeks now. As a (nearly) 53-year-old woman, I have been marketed to and subscribed to many, many beauty products, and have always been open to good quality, effective skincare. Froya however is, next level. The simplicity of the routine seems counter-intuitive for the results. My skin feels fresh, soft and natural. I rarely, if ever use foundation now, and am no longer apprehensive about how my face will mature. I have been using Froya products for a year now. I have older skin and I had a flare up of rosacea my face was a mess with broken capillaries, very red with bumps. I tried many products that kept making it worse. After using the balm for redness and acne stopper for three months, I also found the root cause of the rosecea, my skin looks so much better, it even helped heal the broken capillaries, I use a lot of the products and use nothing else. I love all the products!

I had thought I canceled my subscription a couple weeks ago. I wanted to love their product by my face just didn’t react well. Today I was charged for another set and immediately emailed the company explaining that I needed to cancel and get a refund. They were so prompt with their response they were able to cancel the current order and get me a refund all before lunch time.
While their skin care did not work well for me I will definitely be trying their other products.

I contacted support about a mistake I made on my order, and they were quick and gave me the answer I was looking for right away. I can change my subscription whenever I want, however I want; I can modify it, pause it, or cancel it without penalty. Recommended!

Great for my dry skin and easy to apply.

I really enjoy using the products for mature age skin and the support and motivation from Froya to enjoy the daily ritual of applying them.
