So far I really like the products, especially see results with the eye cream. Easy to use day and night . Feel like I’m using a healthy natural product. Can’t wait to see how it works after 3 to 4 months, I think I will like it even more. Priced very reasonable .

After seeing the ads in my social media…
After seeing the ads in my social media feed for some time, I decided to try the products (I’ve been on a search for a little while to find a line I’d stay with basically forever). I loved the night balm from the very first night!! No looking back! Let’s start with how easy it is, which is nice, but I’m willing to do several steps. No need, honestly. I woke with skin that felt more firm, stayed hydrated all night, and just felt better than expected. And I don’t expect overnight results (nor should you, I don’t wanna set anyone up with unrealistic expectations), but I am so impressed! The day balm took me a bit longer to fall in love with, but I stayed with it (even though I wanted to layer it with a serum or something to feel more like I’m used to), but by a week in my skin looked better than ever. I’ve even gone out without makeup! If you are considering this line, stop considering and just order. I went with the mature protocol (I’m almost 62) and can now honestly say, I don’t intend to use any other brand. It’s been a few weeks, and I look in the mirror and absolutely love the skin I’m in right now. Also, the videos that come for the first few days, and the little notes, are as charming as could be. Never had a company do that before, its adorable!

Great addition to my nightly routine
I have been using this product at night only for 3 weeks. I love the smell and It does not cause my sensitive skin to breakout. Fine lines are starting to diminish. Skin looks and feels hydrated.

Just started using the product, so I can’t rate it yet other than to say it feels good and is not greasy which was a great concern of mine. This rating is for the assistance on answer8mg question. for those who know my dislike of AI bots no surprise BUT it was great…
this is unusual for folks who know my typical response when dealing with AI bots is NEGATIVE...however Im gonna give this experience a thumbs up 5 star because the Bot really DID understand the body of my complaint and did provide an adequate response/reassurance about my concern over an "incomplete transaction" just now. When I tried to put thru my 1 purchase item SAFARI told me the transaction FAILED...and there was no way to check purchase because it's Saturday evening ...not until Monday will I hear back from someone who checks account status...but that is not BOT's fault...so I am still giving review 5 stars for being reassuring and effective for my basic question over actual completion of a small purchase. I REALLY like the "wrinkle balm" so much that it's worth going thru this hassle to repurchase another jar.

I ordered Complete System for Mature Women's Skin from Froya Organics online. I had hoped that this balm system would work well for my mature and sensitive skin, but unfortunately it was not a good fit for me. So, I asked for the refund. Ale, one of the customer service agents responded warmly after I had sent email with the requested information, proceeded with a refund guarantee. Among lots of internet companies that makes refund process complicated and difficult, Froya Organics is fair and customer friendly. I ordered Complete System For Mature Hair & Scalp expecting they would work well for my scalp and hair.

The balms work fine. I noticed that the day balm (orange) has some white crystals perhaps in it.

Hei! Yes, totally normal! Our day balm is made with natural ingredients, and sometimes those can form small crystals, especially with temperature changes. It doesn't affect the product at all, just warm it up between your fingers and it'll melt right in.

Product spillage in transit
I sent an email stating that my product spilled in transit. Not for a refund or a request for a replacement, just to bring attention to a possible defect. I was contacted back within hours. They apologized and stated they would send me a replacement. The interaction was pleasant
