I am really sorry to hear of your frustration. Having reviewed your correspondence with us, I can see that we did not receive the cancellation request in time prior to the order being shipped.
We do advise that once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it in most cases as the parcel is already in the hands of the courier.

I paid for a gift for my son, but it never arrived. The order was cancelled by Fruugo just minutes after purchase, yet they claimed that I cancelled it myself, which is completely untrue.

What you order is NOT what you get!
I ordered 2 weeks ago a Latex mask which I received today. But what I received was completely not what was ordered!.

I Extremely Misleading Product – Very Disappointing Experience a Christmas wreath from…
I ordered a Christmas wreath from Fruugo.com and had to wait several weeks because the item was shipped from China. When it finally arrived, it was nothing like the product shown in the listing. The advertised wreath looked full and high-quality, but what I received was a cheap plastic imitation that didn’t resemble it at all.
What makes the situation even worse is that returning the item would cost more than the product itself, leaving me stuck with something that was clearly misrepresented. This purchase feels like a complete waste of money.
I am very disappointed with this experience and cannot recommend this seller or product.

Dishonest product description
I ordered things from a Belgian website but it did not occur to me that this is a drop shipper sending from China. The description said the item was made of linen and high quality cotton, but the item was made fully out of cheap 100% polyester. Because it arrived from China it arrived too late. And when it finally arrived the delivery was unannounced and I was given no option to deliver it elsewhere in case I was not home.
