I did order by mistake an article and wanted to cancel within a minute. The cancellation functionality of orders was not working ! Delivery costs more than 4 times the price of the article. Never again !

I ordered a t-shirt which was supposed to be 100% cotton and (quoting their description) "professionally printed using the latest and best digital print technology".
The t-shirt (which arrived 20 days later) is in fact 100% polyester, the imprint looks ridiculously cheap and although the size on the label is Large, the measurements correspond to a size Small on their size chart.
Fruugo gives me the option to return it at my own costs to the retailer in China, which would cost me more than the t-shirt itself. Also, the address on the return form looks like a phonetic transcription of Chinese with all spaces removed, so needless to say the item would never reach its destination anyway.
I sent three messages to Fruugo but they never replied.

Negative experience with positive final.
Bought a book, never delivered, no mechanism to get a refund on their website. Major fraudes! (1 star)

Refund (not yet on my account) has been settled by the seller. I sujested that I try to purchase my 'controversial' book again from them. Will update when I get an answer.
Apparently, the delivery went wrong because I am a mentally challenged person who doesn't know his own postal code. (my wording, not theirs).
Update 2.0
The money is back in my account. The entire thing took only three days.
I will update my rating for the fast response and good costumer service.

The item came earlier than planned and all worked out pretty well. It was also far cheaper, for this item, compared to all other shopping platforms. Could not be happier. :-)
Leveringstijd was lang. Maar het produkt beantwoordt volledig aan de verwachtingen en was zeer goed verpakt.
I always use Fruugo. Some products take more time for they deliver, but is due the products coming from another’s countries. I buy many products in good price, then worth wait a bit longer. I highly recommend.
scam. You sent me one product that is not worth 3 euros, while I bought an electronics box for more than 40 euros, including the shipping fee. I want to return the product.

The delivery was not announced.
I have ordered twice and the first time the delivery time was 3 weeks, the second time 10 days.And no notice in advance on expected delivery.
