Great Customer Service

Fubo customer service is about the best customer experience I’ve had in my entire life to be honest! Very kind, knowledgeable, and supportive! I felt these representatives had my best interests at heart and took the time to make sure I got what I needed and it wasn’t a slow process either it was very quick to be honest. I wasn’t expecting it to be that fast! I only canceled because the price is a little much for us at this time and honestly that price being so high is the only reason a far 4 instead of 5 stars!!! Thanks again Fubo and I will be returning! Keep up the great work!

Terrible/ilegal Service

Customer support is completely horrible. Zero help and the responses are not reasonable. I actually tried to sign up to no help from support. I recorded the call and I will be posting that online also to show the level of garbage customer support you get! Supervisor Andrew stated the Fubo will never do business with me and legally could not tell me why...

Hey guys, a lot of customers will be fleeing FUBO because they lost the contract with NBC. The best way (I think) to retain your customers is to give them a monthly discount of $15 so they can use that money to purchase Peacock TV (NBC, Superbowl). What do you think?

Too expensive & no refunds

We don't remember signing up for Fubo. Maybe a free trial gon bad. Next thing, we are being charged $63/mo.for servic we don't use. Can't even find it on Dish billing.
So I canceled service today & requested a refund for balance thru Feb 12th.
Fubo said:"NO WAY". IT'S A RIP OFF. DON'T GET HOOKED. SAY NO . We are 82 ,as I explained to Fubo and that money could be put to good use helping to pay Medical bills
That meant nothing to Fubo. BOYCOTT FUBO

FUBO will change your subscription without informing you!

I subscribed to FUBO's simple PRO Plan on Nov. 13. 2025 by phone call with one of their agents, and for a monthly fee of ~ $85. I received an email not long after that informing me that my monthly rate would be reduced by $15 due to FUBO's loss of the NBC network.
However, my first month's billing appeared on my credit card statement was notably higher than the reduced fee expected. On Dec. 10, I received another email from FUBO stating my monthly base fee would be reduced to ~ $74. I then received a 2nd month's billing of over $100! Of course, I then contacted FUBO's Customer Service, and they said I had added on Regional Sports and FUBO Xtra options! That was totally untrue, and the recorded phone transcription of my original subscribing with the FBO agent would prove that. In fact, I told him I absolutely did not want those add-ons, and looking at my account online showed that I had only ordered the plain PRO Plan.
FUBO's customer Service would not admit that they had changed my account, and they only refunded me $5. Fubo had intentionally changed my account without informing me!! This is illegal. They now tell me they changed my account from the PRO Plan to the Essential PLan, again without informing me.
I now will be cancelling my subscription, and will file complaints with the appropriate government agencies to investigate these illegal actions by FUBO. - Dr. jd

Anything else (ex: A Rock) > FUBO

MAn ohh man, how it pains me to write this, i was a huge fubo fan, have been for years soley because its no BS and shows all formula 1 and most of soccer. over the years they have removed almost all free soccer and you have to pay to watch specific games/teams. which i did. i bought the Real Madrid pass, their "Best Soccer Package available" -the rep at fubo.....only to find out game after game that i cant watch the games on the fubo app (even tho it says on their website and everywhere online that the game is on FUBO TV) they force you to pay more just to get sent a link to log into ESPN +
do yourself a favor, buy ESPN + with the Disney bundle or hulu or just straight up, you will get access to so much more and better quality and no hidden fees.
im telling everyone and their moms to cancel fubo, it sucks and i hope someone that works there reads this and laughs at the joke of a company they work for. stop trying to secure a bag and give the people good quality content without having to jump through hoops. FUBO sucks

I tried to sign up for a subscription…

I tried to sign up for a subscription to watch a football game. The web site kept locking up and I couldn't complete the process and never even selected a viewing plan or watched the site. I found out three months later that they were charging my card for the maximum subscription each month. I call to dispute the charge but after multiple attempts was never able to talk to a live representative. VERY SHADY!

Did the free trial -- paid the price

Did the free trial. Missed cancelling by one day. Chatted with the most sanctimonious condescending AI ever. It assured me it understood my frustration (sure you did, machine), but money is spent and there are no refunds. $45 for a service I will never use. Certainly now I will never use it. Ever. Regardless of the cost.
