I would never recommend Fubo. They cut back on their channels and don't cover sports like used to. Product is a rip off!

Stay away at all costs. They have on multiple occasions changed my plan on their backend system, charging me double what the plan was that I wanted and claiming "someone accepted in your household". They refuse to honor the pricing, deals and plans you want and they do this multiple times. They are on a different level of corruption that I have never seen before.

Just started trial period, needed a couple of things fixed, no issues so far as I am still getting use to line up, just wished they had stayed with PayPal, now on credit card get charged interest on TV payment, customer service person was very nice and able to get issues fixed
The way Fubo treat their customers is a disgrace. They change your monthly payments without consulting you and then refuse to refund. Simple as that, rather than dealing with their own mistakes they will happily allow you to cancel the subscription with them and avoid refunding. Best thing I ever did was cancel and save my money to claim some back of which they stole.

There was no 30 day free trial! Five days after I signed up for the thirty-day free trial, an attempt to charge my card was made. Luckily, my card was blocked at the time for another unrelated reason. I attempted to find out why Fubo went to try to charge my card and could not get ANY answers. I couldn't cancel my account, so my only recourse was to wait till Fubo charged my card (fraudulently) and then file a complaint with the CC company. Awful experience.

Absolutely Trash 🤣come on yaws plans are expensive but not with all channels they don't even have Syfy or cartoon Network and other antenna channels like whaaaaa saves yaw money and just go with Dish or Xfinity or direct tv

Just did a free 5 day trail to see what fubo was all about with the price so high you would think it would be packed with all kinds of new movies/shows but no you get none of that so just a heads up unless you want to pay a ridiculous price just for sports don't get this! Very disappointed ☹️

I paid for a quarterly subscription, but my service was cancelled early due to a payment method change initiated by the company.
Even though I had already paid in full, my access was interrupted, and I only received a partial refund.
On top of that, I was asked to pay a higher price to renew the service.
This situation does not feel fair, especially since the change was outside of my control.
Disappointing experience and poor handling of existing customers.

I received an email offer from Fubo. They only have my email because I was a prior customer. Tried to redeem the offer but it would not apply the discount. Chatted with the AI Assistant. The offer cannot be redeemed since I am not a new customer. What is the point of sending me offers that I am not eligible for? The AI assistant wanted to give me instructions on how to get around the existing customer rule by creating a new account with another email. Not playing these games. Send me offers I am eligible for or don’t send them.
I contacted Fubo at the number given in their response. Very friendly & helpful. The offer was applied. It was supposed to be a win-back offer. Thank you for the reply and the help

I have been a YouTube TV customer for about ten years now. Due to cost I decided to cancel and sign up for the ESPN & FOX ONE bundle because it is much cheaper and I watch these networks the most. Once MLB started I needed a way to watch Tigers baseball so I signed up for FUBO to watch baseball. To my disappointment I found out that the video quality on the ESPN & FOX networks is terrible, all their channels are very pixelated. Reached out to FUBO to trouble shot and they had me reinstall the app, try different devises but nothing helps. Comparing the ESPN & FOX ONE apps with the FUBO app was night and day. I also still had my YouTube TV active at the same time for comparing with FUBO and it wasn’t even close, FUBO video quality is bad.
They also advertise their $73.99 PRO plan to include the Local NBA, NHL and MLB games, but when you get your bill, they charge a REGIONAL SPORTS fee of $15.99. So, your $74 PRO plan I singed up for is actually $90. Go check out their website it is clear as day listed to be included. Canceled my account for false advertising and poor video quality.

It is very hard to deal with your bot that has very limited options for solving your concerns. It is agony trying to do business with your company.
Since you want to have a more complete picture of my situation, I orginally signed up for FUBO in late March for a $47.00 program. Then I was told in early April that I needed to subscribe to a new plan to log on. So I paid $ 73.00 for the new plan. Thereafter I had another problem with loggin on and the bot told me I had to pay $73.00 again. Then I asked about the refund on the first $73.00 and the bot told me I was never going to get a refund on that. So I touced base with another bot and we agree that you could keep the money and my subscription would extend to 05/01/26 to make up for the double payment.
Then yesterday 04/03/26 I had some trouble logging in and again I got a bot. It helped me get to the log-in and I asked about the extension;. It could not confirm anything about it. I finally had to call the customer service # by phone and speak to a live representative who was helpful and assured me that the subscription would run to 05/01/26. I had asked the bot because I printed a copy of the conversation but it could not reference the conversation or help me in any way. (I guess it needs to be taken back to the shop and be re-programmed.

I would also like to thank Fubo.tv for adjusting monthly billing once NBC was dropped. Most companies would leave billing as is until customer called and complained.
You pay $75. To sign up . After that they try and charge you $7.99 to $10 for every event??? There from Columbia!!

Fubo and Roku make it virtually impossible to cancel a free trial and I got screwed. I was unable to cancel as both companies said I had to cancel through the other, I ended up getting charged and Roku refuses to refund. Never again! Don’t get Funo!

The agent was very professional, gave us all the options, explained everything in detail, walked us thru setting up the program and was extremely patient.
I am a very happy customer and would recommend their channel to everyone.
I had a somewhat complicated problem with the billing on my FUBO account, a family death, changing the name on the account and the email. I wrote a letter, accompanied it with a document, explained the issues and how I would like the issue resolved. Within 2 hours I not only had response, the actions I had asked for had BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. AMAZING. THANK YOU FUO
