Impossible to Return Item Using Their Online System

My wife ordered an item from this vendor and when it arrived decided she wanted a different color. When we reviewed the information included with the item there was no packing slip with an order number. After searching online I found their return site and was eventually able to retrieve the order number. I tried to initiate a return but the return function was not working on their site. It showed the order and a button saying return on purchase site, but the button didn't work. It was impossible to initiate a return. We could probably do it by calling them, but it would be helpful if their online return process actually worked.

False advertising

False advertising. Catalog has one price and when you call to order they refuse to honor and refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor. If you try to order on line the price also is not as advertised that’s why they say call. Well they are a rip off I’ve ordered from them for years. I’m DONE. False advertising

AVOID Fullbeauty at ALL COSTS!! Shop local or literally ANYWHERE else but this scummy company!

TLDR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCUMBAG of a COMPANY and buy local or literally ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Where to even begin with this mess of a company...back on September 3rd I had ordered 3 items from them; 2 shirts and a pair of pants, for $168.95 and the process seemed to be going well, as I got an email confirmation showing my order and when it would be shipped out (five to seven business days).

Well that 5-7 days turned into over two weeks of a nightmare; I logged into my account to see if anything had updated, and it was still in "processing" status, and so I called customer support on the 18th for an update; they told my one of the shirts was on backorder/out of stock, and yet no one ever reached out to me and notify me of this; most decent companies do this obviously, and they also claimed that I chose "eco" shipping so I'd basically wait longer for my stuff to ship or some nonsense. I told them I NEVER chose that and I chose the standard shipping; looking back on the confirmation email, there wasn't even anything underneath the shipping method, it was literally blank and should have been a red flag that this company is garbage.

So, I asked for a refund and to cancel the order, and of course they said they couldn't because it was being processed and they couldn't stop it or some BS; I then told them that I didn't even want the clothes anymore because of this terrible experience, and that I'd be sending it all back to them, and getting a refund via Paypal. they told me the items would ship on the 20th, and that was that. I called Paypal and explained the situation, and was assured that I would get my money back if the item didn't ship by October 2nd, since the pending status would expire on Paypal's side, and they'd automatically give my money back. Now all I can do is wait.

Of course they (fullbeauty) lied about that too, as it didn't ship until the 23rd and it gets even BETTER; they mysteriously cancelled the pants I ordered, and the other shirt never came back into stock, so all I got was one shirt that cost me $75 after shipping and taxes, so I just ended up with ONE item.

My package arrived 3 days later on the 27th via Fedex, and knowing their scummy policies, I didn't even open the package; they WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF YOU OPEN THE PACKAGE and try on the clothes, only offer a crappy exchange or something similar, so I called them back again to let them know I've received it and I was going to send it back to them and get my money back; they emailed me a return label, and told me that I would get a refund 3-5 days after they received it. I also called Paypal to let them know, and uploaded a picture to my case as proof too. Communication was a one-way street to say the least, as I never really heard anything from them, only Paypal.

September 30th, I printed the return label, stopped by a local USPS and gave them the package, and using the tracking id it apparently returned to them on October 1st, but of course they lied and somehow convinced Paypal they never received it...so my case was denied even though I uploaded a picture of the receipt and the tracking id on it to Paypal, and I had to go back and forth with Paypal to get some kind of resolution.

Fast forward yesterday October 16th, I called again once I was notified that my appeal was denied, and they sided with Fullbeauty, and so I called Paypal one more time to ask WHY they'd side with them, and while I never got a clear answer, Paypal did offer me an $80 refund voucher, and at this point I was beyond exhausted so I took it since I knew I wasn't going to get my 75 bucks back, but at least I fought hard enough to get a few more bucks than my total cost of the shirt. They must have really cried some crocodile tears to get Paypal to side with them, but I learned my lesson: NEVER SHOP WITH FULLBEAUTY OR THEIR MILLION OTHER UMBRELLA BRANDS AGAIN. I'm closing my account I initially made to purchase clothes from their Roaman's brand long time ago in 2016; you can use one login to access all their other sites if you didn't know, and I'LL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. I'm gonna go to Walmart and other local shops from now on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY please! Say goodbye to both your money and sanity otherwise...

Don't order from CUUP or brands that…

Don't order from CUUP or brands that support this distribution company - if I could give this company zero stars I would. They will cancel 90% of your order, then lie and say the rest has shipped and that not be the case (or not allow you to cancel because they cancelled your order). Very dishonest business practices. I really hope CUUP sees this - it used to be a great company to order from directly, and now has gone down the toilet.

Refused to cancel items on backorder

They refuse to cancel an item that's on backorder. That inflexible policy and customer service experience opens their brands to charge backs on credit cards from irate customers. It also causes them to get bad reviews like I'm posting right now. Apparently I'm not alone in my poor experience with them.

Give them a wide berth

Give them a wide berth. They offer free shipping then add it on anyway after credit card charged. Then you wait and wait and wait for an order that has no tracking once it reaches Australia. They would not reply to any emails until I lodged a dispute with Paypal and even then I am none the wiser of what delivery company has my order or where it is after 14 days in the country. Just a nightmare to deal with.
NEVER AGAIN.

If you want to be cheated by a company…

If you want to be cheated by a company this is the place to order from!! I placed an order which I was supposed to have free shipping and my credit card bill from Roaman’s shows a different amount than what I was suppose to be charged. I called their customer service at least eight times and of course the call always goes over seas to who knows where. You have to jump through hoops to get to a supervisor in the USA. I was told that the difference is that I was charged for shipping. I took a picture of my order when I placed the order and it shows zero for shipping yet they trying to say that’s not the true. How can it not be the correct amount when I have a picture showing no charge for shipping. They refuse to remove the charge and decided to lose a customer of over thirty years. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and will also file a complaint with the FTC & my AG. Companies like this need to be shut down!! Do yourselves a favor and order from a reputable company. Full beauty brands is definitely not reputable. Look at how many dissatisfied customers they have. File complaints, maybe if enough of us do that we can shut them down!!

Never ending catalogs

It is impossible to get off their mailing lists. I’ve tried multiple times in multiple ways to get them to stop sending their catalogs and I still get 2-3 of them PER WEEK. No one in my house has ordered from them in over a year. It’s exhausting.

Buyers beware their customer service is…

Buyers beware their customer service is horrible, they charge you for returns. I spent 77.46 for two items of the same price and got 47.11 refund. No one should be charged a fee for returning any items! They also offer you a discount on your order if you sign up giving them your email but it is only good on your next order if it qualifies, then you get bombarded with countless emails. Now I am getting there catalogs after I have told them to stop emailing me.

DO NOT RECOMMEND...SENDS USED ITEMS

I placed an order for shoes from Catharines..not realizing it was Fullbeauty who delivers and I'm assuming owns Catharines.. I live in Canada..the shoes did arrive but they were just thrown in a box..not wrapped at all..the box was completely crushed and the shoes are marked and scuffed...they are also "bent" in some areas...you can clearly see these shoes have been worn..I shouldn't have to pay for a return due to their negligence..I bought these shoes to wear at my daughter's wedding..I emailed to tell them what happened..I have pictures... they sent me a rely email stating that this never happens and is " a one-time occurrence".... what does this mean? How does this help me? And obviously this isn't the case after reading all of these reviews
I'm very upset
Please I do not recommend
I can't stress enough...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

This is the FIRST time I placed an…

This is the FIRST time I placed an order with this company. By the 3rd day items were not shipped. I contacted them via chat and requested they cancel my order as I paid for 3 days express air shipping. He said he would make a note to cancel after arguing with me that I had regular delivery. They put the order thru anyways a week later . I called customer service directly and they argued you can’t cancel an order. I’m disputing this with my CC company. Shady underhanded business tactics. They don’t care about you! Do not order from these people. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

This is yet ANOTHER SCAMMY Asian rip off company! I ordered shoes that were wrong size, VERY inferior! No return form, no address. What they dont know is my cousin is head of police here! Im having them investigated, charged & shut down! We will find you & prosecute! Im in Australia! We are FED UP WITH SCAMS FROM CHINA ETC! I've also worked for criminal lawyers! Return my money OR YOU WILL BE GAOLED FOR FRAUD!!!!!

Lately all of the things I've ordered…

Lately all of the things I've ordered have been in good condition. It's good to read the reviews to get an idea if there are problems with the fabric, sizing, etc. There was a point in time I remember, a few years ago where I was receiving articles of clothing that had already been worn by another customer who then returned to the company, which was then sent on to me - one item in particular, a bra - had pit stick on it. Now that is disgusting! No wonder the company frowns on returns and makes it difficult for customers to return. Quite frankly, I thank them for that. However, FB shouldn't make life incredibly difficult for their customers as I am reading about . . .

I had to place the order 3 times…

I had to place the order 3 times because of some Global E misinformation about my credit card. Have been trying to sort this out for 5 days now - placed the order once again - the original total was $135.14 and could not checkout using the website because of some internal error message - phoned direct reordered and the total came to $163.72. I explained the error was Global E and not me but they would not give me the order for the original price of $135.14. A difference of $28.58. Website does not work, prices change frequently, customer service was no help because I was told regarding the first order to contact Global E which has no phone number and they ended up cancelling the second order once again. I am hoping the third order goes through. With all the problems I experienced you would think the fair thing to do would be to give me the total of the original order. Canadians beware - not a great international site to deal with. Returns are free for Americans but not international orders which can be another costly transaction. Nothing but problems.

I received a damage swim bottom, was told by customer service to return items and they will reimburse for freight. I questioned them three times and still have the chat message to prove it. They received the items back , proof from freight company, and had to fight them for my credit for the return item. The company than said they will not reimburse my freight for international order, rudely may I add. I was fighting for three months and they will not reimburse my freight charges of $100.00, They only thing they will do is offer me discount on my next order, but i have to pay first, wait to get my order and than they will reimburse me. What kind of customer service is this. They got too big of a company and I will never purchase from them again, BE PRE WARNED. Awful company to work for. Promises one thing and then will not honour. REFUND Policy

I ordered this cotton T shirt in 6 colors. Tried on 1,fit. laundered with other cotton T shirts. Shrank all around 1 1/2 ". This is excessive, nearly 2 sizes. NO Refund, can't even return to prove my point. You need to think over this policy. It makes me leery to try other items. I already ordered a size larger to account for shrinkage.

I called Amazon the other day and told them how dissatisfied. I was with this company they said if I send all the goods back that I bought for Christmas I will get a refund. I’m also going to send some of the reviews in my parcel. They should stop dealing with this company. It’s ripping people off.

Zero stars for customer service

Zero stars for customer service. At least in relationship to their international orders. I placed an order for slippers from their king size brand/website. I didnt get a confirmation email, I couldn’t look up anything. I was unsure if I placed the order right after a couple of weeks not seeing the charge etc. I ordered it again. No email or confirmation but two charges showed up right away on my card the next day. Tried to speak with them over the phone and they wouldn’t help me without an order number. YOU DIDN’T SEND ME ONE! Anyway. I have two pairs and it was $109 each pair, after duties and taxes. If I want to send them back I don’t get reimbursed for the shipping and I have to pay to send them back. What a joke. Do not order or support any of their brands.

What a scam they have going

The reviews I am reading are exactly what I am experiencing. This company is built on a scam. I purchased something in Canada and returned it at a high cost to me. I put tracking on the package. They recieved the item. I have called 4 times now to see the status of my return. Each time they are saying it is being handled. This time they said their systems were down until the 17th of January and someone was going to call me from el Paso TX. What a scam!!!!
