ZERO Stars is more like it

ZERO Stars is more like it. Ordered 2 shirts, need to return one (doesn't fit). I tried to figure out the return process and even talked to so called Customer Service rep who gave me One option... pay to return it. wow! I'd be paying more in shipping charges then the shirt is worth.

Can I please give a zero star review?
I've been trying to place an order for an hour now. I put things into the cart and then they disappear. I tried to recover my cart and prices change. they are just awful to deal with!!!
Site is hard to navigate. They have a lot of brands. Used to be you put in a search and the item, under all brands, would show up. Now it's brand by brand. Very hard to shop.
But, please,keep sending catalogs. NYC makes money on paper recycling.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I ordered an item from Bryland Home on Sep 12th 2023 it's now Nov 27th 2023 .I called them and got the worst run a round that I have ever had with any company .They told me that there was nothing they could do because it was over 60 days .I have made 2 payments on an item I have not received . I've called five different numbers that they gave me . A total waste of time . It seems I want get my money back or the item . So take it from me don't do business with any One Stop Plus Companies

Update* So, Cuup Inc mailed me a letter 11/8 that was a bill for the amount of the order that was never delivered. This is after I completed their bizarre affadavit that had to be snail mailed.

So, believe the negative reviews. For starters, they are one of the only remaining companies that do not offer free returns unless you receive a store credit. I like their bras, but their service is a nightmare. 1 order did not show up but showed delivered...they sent me an affidavit to complete which is fine with me. (if it is over $200 you need to file a police report too lol) But the only way to get it back is to snail mail this form.

Awful Customer Service

This bank is ridiculous and one of the most difficult to deal with. To return the items I ordered from Full Beauty, I had to call and email repeatedly. No one in Full Beauty customer service could provide me with the correct return information needed to return the items. To obtain the correct return shipping information, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I received confirmation that Full Beauty received the items before my next bill was due. When these items were returned, I should have had a $0 balance on my account. Instead, they charged me a late fee of $37.00. From now on, I won't do business with Comenity Bank.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Tried to return due to Incorrect sizing ,spent a week back wards and forwards as they kept staying order number can’t be found. Sent receipt and then they stated unable to view the receipt. Just kept replying asking for postcode, name and continuous requesting more information. Should only need order number and receipt! Threaten bad review and report and all of a sudden found my order. They eventually Re sent link that dosent work to refund and won’t arrange refund any other way! Apparently now can’t refund as not in America. Complete scam and worse service ever ! Still not anywhere near organising a return …. Next excuse will be not returned in time lol

Full Beauty: An Abhorrent Company

I happen to be viewing my monthly charges this week and I noticed a charge from FBBREWARD for $14.95. I know that I didn’t purchase anything this week/month and wondered why there was a charge. I checked at Full Beauty website and there was nothing charged to my account because I did not have an account with them – I use PayPal. I then checked PayPal and there it was!! 2 FULL YEARS of “recurring charges” – I have no clue as to what the charges were for – also, had no clue as to when I approved of whatever it was. I’ve been swindled before. In the meantime, I double checked my BoA monthly statements and THERE THEY WERE – MONTHLY CHARGES from FBBREWARD in the amount of $14.95.
Again, I have absolutely NO IDEA why they were charging that amount or when it started. I’ve disputed all the charges thru Bank of America and they issued me a new charge card. They are also BLOCKING any future transactions from FBBREWARD. Full Beauty Company in my opinion is an abhorrent corporation totally lacking values, ethics, and ethos in the treatment of their customers.

absolutely awful

absolutely awful! I bought 2 things less than 60.00 and then returned it. They tried looking for the return and couldn't find it and still charged me! They also charged me over 300.00 of my credit report, and then 16.95 Evey month for 7 months without me knowing! They tried saying it was for some membership. Who would want a member ship with them, they are awful! They forced me to get a credit card, and stupid me did and it has been the worst mistake I ever did. When i tried to fight it, they said I signed something, I never did! DO NOT GET A STUCK LIKE I DID! SCAM

DO not do business with this company

I placed an order on 06-26-23 for 123.29. My order was delivered on 07-06-23 to the wrong address. FedEX took a picture of the porch it was delivered to, and it's clearly not mine. FullBeauty/One Stop won't help me without an affidavit and police report, even though they/FedEX are clearly at fault. Talk about being made to feel like a criminal.
7-13-23 Package managed to find it's way to my front porch. While I'm happy that it arrived, I no longer wish to do business with FullBeauty/ One Stop. No change has been made to FedEX info.

Be wary when buying from this company.

I've bought clothing from this company for nearly 20 years, I have to say some of the clothing over the years have been good and some poorly made, a recent purchase of some underwear, which were not cheap but definitely cheaply made, all the elastic waist bands came unraveled from the underwear, every single pair!! Then I had a shipment delivered to another house, even fed ex had a photo of where they had left the package, which was not my house. The customer rep said they'd take care of it and of course they did not, I had to pay the bill because it kept racking up interest fees, so i shelled out over $200.00 for clothes I didn't receive, then the mF#$%# sent me another bill for $4.50 more interest, so if I don't pay that it'll double and triple until I owe them a house. SO I cancelled my account with them and going to try to fight and get my money but I don't hold out much hope. I had one nice customer service gentleman and one awful lady. So that's a hit or miss I guess with CSR. So just from experience and how this has all turned out and how very unprofessional this company is, I would be wary of using them. They lie. and the quality of the clothing is pretty shoddy these days. The pants never fit right.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! They talk so much you can't explain the problem. I was able to speak to a supervisor years ago who said reps were being trained to be difficult so customers won't return anything. They are in the business to make money only not do exchanges or returns. Beware if you purchase anything since products are 2nd, 3rd and 4th quality.

Cheaply Made Clothing

This company and its 'sister' companies are all the same. The clothes are made cheaply, cheap fabric, weird items.
Today, two items arrived that I purchased and once again I was disappointed. The 'tunic' top on the model looks wonderful. What I received was just an ordinary T-shirt with embellishments on it. I washed both items and didn't put them in the dryer for fear they would shrink up to a child's size.
The white 'embroidery' on the 'tunic' is white, the top is black and the white lint got on the black top. After this dries I will have to use my lint roller to remove it. The black tank top is the same way.
Sure the prices are okay but pay a little bit more for better quality clothes.

What a rip off - sizing chart incorrect! item I got is way too big. Paid via paypal and cant return or exchange it. Cant contact them as they dont accept outside USA zip code. Wasted $114. NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Poor sales ethics - wish I would have read the reviews first.

Placed an International order to ship to Canada at 9:55pm. My 50% coupon code that they sent me in my email did not get applied and I was charged $200 for a bathing suit. I IMMEDIATELY called their 24 hour, 7 days/week customer phone service to cancel the order. I was told that no one could help me with an international order until regular business hours - NOT WHAT IT SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE.
When I got a hold of an international representative (less than 24 hours after placing the order), they told me that they can't cancel the order. Once you press the "submit" button, there is nothing they can do. Not even in this day of technology and communication, when all you have to do is pick up the phone. The rep was very nice and professional, however absolutely refused to let me speak to a manager. This company has made a choice NOT to listen to what the customer wants. Forcing a sale on a consumer is unacceptable. Forcing them to spend money unnecessarily on shipping to return the item is unacceptable. Creating more work for your employees to process returns that could have been cancelled in the first place is idiotic business management. The reason they do this, is because people don't know how this company conducts business or people are too apathetic and let them get away with it.
I will be returning the item as soon as it arrives and I'm sure I'll be back here reviewing the "returns" process.

BEWARE OF BUYING FROM KING SIZE DIRECT

It's really ashamed how a company can get sold and destroy themselves. Gradual self-inflicted wound by cutting corners on things like customer service. The clothing is pretty decent. The service is horrible.

If you have any issues with your order and need customer service support, you might as well be prepared to deal with overseas agents without authority or training to handle complex service issues and many do not even speak fluent English.

"Sorry, sir, I can take your new order, but, for your existing order, you need customer service" They are not equipped to do anything except take a new order to bring in more revenue. It is basically a "drop dead" attitude with existing order issues. No escalation, no supervisor and lengthy calls into a phone que that disconnects itself when they try to transfer you to customer service and when you reach customer service, you will almost never reach a USA agent that can resolve a complex issue.

The overseas agents are new order takers and an answering service to deflect inquiries. When you try CHAT, you get the same response probably being answered by overseas agents, too. "Sorry, sir, I can take a new order, but, I can't help you with this. Call our toll-free number and ask for customer service."

That would be okay if you could dial the phone or send an email and speak to a skilled and capable agent with the authority to make adjustments, but, you'd have to sit there and dial for hours before you would, at random, actually connect with somebody like that. You keep calling, getting the same overseas agents that can't help you or you get into a holding phone que that disconnects itself after a long wait.

It's like they are trying to wear you down from trying to resolve your issue hoping you will go away and eat the money you spent or whatever the reason for your dissatisfaction and just to surrender to the hassle of being persistent to try to reach someone who can help you.

After at least a dozen phone calls, CHAT and EMAIL, I'm exhausted. Drained. The only thing left to do is try to dispute it with my credit card company and hope they will be able to get my issue in front of a person with authority to amicably resolve my issues.

Just disgusting. A disgrace. I have bought from this company for years. Even their "Happy Returns." They are unable to correct and update an old AOL email address in my account data file somewhere and when I do Happy Returns, it won't issue me a confirmation receipt. I've called Happy Returns about it and when I call them on the phone, they have to manually send a receipt because King Size does not fix anything. That's a minor issue, but, even Happy Returns explains that King Size is why it does not get fixed and updated.

If you place an order, be prepared to lose money and eat it if there is anything wrong with the order. They will wear you down and never fix it. Just look at a purchase as a gamble. If you luckily picked the right size the first time and it arrived without being damaged or not missing in delivery, you have a good chance you will be satisfied, but if there are any issues with the order, it likely will never get resolved to your satisfaction and you may even never get your money back because you will give up out of all the frustration, hassle and aggravation you will get from trying to get your issue fixed.

Happy 'CRAPPY' RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SERVICES

1. Never shop at this site if you THINK you might have to RETURN even ONE item. They have a new return process of what i call is the Happy 'Crappy' 1. Return that has a processing fee of OVER $10. If the item you are returning is less than $10, THROW the item away or GIVE it to BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND AND THE COMPANY WILL HAVE YOUR ITEM TO SELL AGAIN (MAKING DOUBLE THE MONEY ON ONE ITEM). So read the fine print as. I didn't see any way to return without this 'CRAPPY' PROCESSING FEE.
2. if you do use the Happy 'Crappy' Return, you have to make a SPECIAL trip to different return points located out of the way locations and within other stores in an attempt to get you to purchase other stores products. In my case, all those locations take me at the minimum of 35 minutes longer to accomplish than the regular return process. Plus I make the point in NEVER PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THESE STORE LOCATIONS. I only used the process twice and never again.
3. NEVER purchase a back ordered item because if you wait a week or so it will be back in stock for shipping but your back ordered item which you purchased at a cheaper price is still back ordered. Usually back ordered items will show up during the purchasing process which was how I found out that the same items that was back ordered was now in stock.
4. It seems that this company uses something called Pintey Bowes (sp?) for shipping. BEWARE that an order i made was READY FOR PICKUP on NOV 15 and now it is NOV 26th. I was told that one has to WAIT 20 DAYS before resending. I purchased all xmas items by Nov 16th and the two items which APPEAR ON THE RECORD OF NOT BEING PICKED UP will probably be out of stock.
5. if you don't want to return an item using Happy 'Crappy' Returns, yo can take store credit. Probably most people will do this. You avoid that $10+ process fee but LOCKED into probably using more money to use that store credit. A win win for the company. If you rather have the return amount refunded to your original credit card you will be FORCED to pay that $10+ processing fee. Plus they can sell the item again making an extra $10+ when they sell that item. Wow what a racket.
In concluding, I used to like purchasing items from some of the 12 brands (which is really just one company and a marketing technique) for my every day around the house wear, but will be shopping elsewhere. this company USED to be a better customer experience but not now. When a company starts squeezing additional profit by underhanded method, it is a time to look else where. I rather pay more and have a better experience in shopping than I have experience this year 2022. Last year was the start of bad customer services and this year the negatives have double with no end in site. So I am going else where and just purchasing less often. Too bad.

This company is absolutely horrible if…

This company is absolutely horrible if you ship to Canada. I did a return and they took $80.00 of my refund. I kept trying to get a hold of them to see if they received my return and when I would get my refund. It took 6 weeks for a refund and I had to call to get the refund. Never again. I am warning everyone not to shop there.

Never again

Added items to my cart and yet when I returned later, the prices in the cart had changed. So I removed them and added them again and the price had changed to something else again!
Also, as I'd ticked the box for shopping in Australia, I assumed the prices were AUD. I was shocked to discover later that they were not (after I'd paid!).
The prices turned out to be incredibly high for the quality of the items. I would never have ordered if I'd known the actual cost.
The company refused to offer any kind of discount or compensation when I complained about this.
