Poor product I purchased an a IPL hair removal item…

I purchased an a IPL hair removal item from this company 6 months ago. Within 6 or so uses the product failed. They replaced it with a another that didn’t work, I sent several emails to the company advising them and have heard nothing , I sent a video to confirm the item wasn't working and heard NOTHING. The product is faulty , not worth the money. Underwhelmed re quality of customer service and they haven't fulfilled their warranty claim at all. And the warranty timeframe has now expired, how convenient. I am now taking the matter further as this product cost a lot of money. And no phone number to contact them makes it difficult.

I purchased an LED FACEMASK from this…

I purchased an LED FACEMASK from this company a year ago. Within 6 or so uses the product failed. I sent several emails to the company advising them and heard nothing for some time, I finally got a response requesting a video to confirm the item wasn't working and heard NOTHING. The product is flimsy, not worth the money. Underwhelmed re quality of service and they haven't fulfilled their warranty claim at all. I am now making a formal complaint to consumer affairs. I woukd not purchase from this company. Very, very disappointing.
