I receive my order and I'm not happy cause non of it works and it's not what I see on advertised it's fake product I wish to refund n get money back.

I brought my item and it isn’t what they said it was it was blackhead vacuum and it doesn’t work
Worst money spent

Ordered this product and it arrived around 2 weeks later. Easy to order, easy to track posting, and now I am using it to (hopefully) straighten my back, and keep my posture great.

The item was perfect, however when I received the package it was in bad condition as the package was ruined and the items were about to come out in the bubble wrapping. Thank you!

I ordered a LED mask and was not aware that my husband was about to gift me one for my birthday. I had to use the 30 day money back policy, which was handled very efficiently. What I really appreciated was their excellent customer service. They kept following up on every aspect of my delivery, like confirming my order, confirming my payment, advising when the item was sent out to me. My refund was in my account 4 days after they informed that they had received the returned item. V

Great service although COVID affected Australia Post let you down.

The brace I bought was really uncomfortable. Luckily I bought another on from eBay which was much better.

Very happy! I got the pore vacuum, I've wanted one for ages and finnaly chose Full Body. I love the colour, it's easy to use and delivery wasn't too long with all the delays from covid.

Ordered a posture correctors. Product was advertised as comfortable to wear... it's not. The straps cut into my arms. Poor design. There's no way to realistically wear it in which the cutting straps don't slip off of the tiny "cushion" straps underneath and start to cut into your arms. Another crappy Chinese product I could have ordered much cheaper elsewhere and taken a chance on. Pretty disappointed.

It has been more than a month since I purchased but still haven't received it despite charging for express postage. Sent a mail requesting a refund if unable to deliver but still unresponsive. Terrible service. Don't buy.

It has been almost 5 weeks and I still don’t have my product. It took more than 3 weeks to even dispatch it. The customer service is shocking and they staff are rude. Do not reccomend.

The information on the site stated postage within 1 week however after waiting 2 weeks and emailing I had still not received my item. I also requested express post and emailed to confirm however there was no reply and my item was sent via regular and took 4 weeks.

There were no instruction regarding the additional heads. It doesn’t turn off until you put it back on the charge.

It’s been almost a month since I placed my order, but I’m yet to receive it. Customer service has been unresponsive, and the postal service is blamed for delays. It took them more than 2 weeks to actually ship out the order in the first place

Amazing product. My sisters steal it more then I've used it 🤣 battery life could be better but love that its rechargeable. Suck power is unbelievable. I know what im getting my sisters for Xmas.
