Had the best time, made even better by Liene, the most helpful service given via email and phone calls. Also Dave the driver for our prosecco bus was so good, made our day! And Steve for the Buff butler, couldn’t have had it any better. Would definitely recommend to everyone! Thanks again for making our Amsterdam experience the best ever!!

I googled a website to try and arrange some fun stuff to do for a friends hen weekend 😀 and came across Funamsterdam, they have a lot of choice which is good but organizing activities with them wasn’t very easy. Their website isn’t very user friendly as when you click on an activity it sometimes gets stuck and then the form you need to fill in doesn’t make 100%sense and when you get to the payment part you end up paying for something you don’t even know is confirmed. You choose the date and time and then you pay without knowing if the date and time were available 🤔 so I ended up whatsapping them and they are quite hard to reach overall, I also tried to contact via email, also difficult to get answers and then they also have an online chat which doesn’t seem to be fully functional. When I finally agreed on the activities I paid and they told me the funds hadn’t gone through, I checked with my bank and it had but was pending and then I was told payment hadn’t gone through, they were not very helpful until I called the company up and told them I was going to cancel if this wasn’t resolved and low and behold the transaction went through. So a little disorganised and I was quite stressed with the whole arrangement of it all.

We booked the private canal cruise, which was good fun, the skipper didn’t say anything about the history of Amsterdam or anything about what we were passing which was a bit disappointing, we paid for the Dutch bar which didn’t include spirits but it wasn’t ok, pizzas were nice, I think it would have been nice for the skipper to give us information on Amsterdam, it’s also quite annoying that music isn’t allowed and you aren’t allowed to be loud but that’s amsterdam in general.

The activity we booked was the blowjob workshop which I thought was going to be good fun but the description isn’t like the actual workshop, it’s held upstairs in a pizza restaurant 🤔 which is quite random and the guy basically went though a few things but there wasn’t much teaching going on, the props are reusable props which freaked a few of my friends out, we were not taught much at all, and we did not try out any practical techniques which the description on the website explains, very disappointing.

We had a great time with our guide Max. We've booked him for a bachelor party and it was awesome. He is really patient and shew us a lot of nice bars and clubs and always took care that the group keep together. I can really recommend him!

Awful experience. Very disorganised, late at responding to emails, activities are not what they say they are. Avoid!!

They rip you off, we booked a stripper for a hen do and he simply didn’t show up with no notice and then they deducted my card with the full amount! Unreliable and very rude!!

Even though they were open to our (special) requests, the communication via email was extremely slow and ambiguous and the phone numbers they provide are most of the time unreachable. Organising a murder dinner was a nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend if you have to plan a business event and need a trustworthy plan.

I organized a bachelor party with this organization and they made sure that they made it the worse day for my cousin. It's a bunch of amateurs trying to organize a party by hiring other activity providers.

They promised us some activities and just a few days before the booking they informed us the activity was already fully booked. Then we ended up getting two different activities that were arranged in two different places. 1st activity was in a remote location in Amsterdam which required a train journey, the 2nd was arranged in Amsterdam north, which required us to get back to Amsterdam central station by train and then catch a bus. We got to the second activity almost an hour later and the address given to us turned out to be a house address. The people at the house were kind enough to point us to the nearest park. that was a real chaos.

Unless if you want to ruin your party, stay away from these scammers.

The entire process went surpizingly smoothly: the booking process, quick responses and the outcome: it was definitely an experience for a lifetime for our friend! Dancing, music, lights in the back of a fire engine for a friend's 40th on the 8th September. Great start to the weekend. Laughed ourselves silly.

We arranged a pick up from Schipol airport for a friends 40th Birthday on the 8th September. Steve our driver, gave our friend a quick Dutch lesson and lent her his helmet........

Great fun for a group of you, especially if you have someone under 4ft that can pole dance 🤣🤣. You can connect your own music via Bluetooth so have your cheesey playlists ready!

A good supply of drinks were supplied.... given the choice we would have probably asked for more Prosecco 😀

I have used Fun Amsterdam numerous times now. I've always had good and timely customer service.

The occasion was my 29th birthday party and it was my first time in the Netherlands. My friends and I had a nice time when we went for a boat trip and bike tour. We were greatly assisted by the staff who were very nice, warm and jovial. Seregi sure we were confortable and had so much fun. Thanks Sergei, you ROCK!

This is to thank the entire crew at Funamsterdam for going the extra mile to put a smile on our faces. Jane and I had so much fun on our honeymoon. The staff were courteous and very patient. The boat trip and bike tour were awesome (and the drinks too ).Thanks team for all your efforts. It is without pause that I recommend them.
